WARNING,Scammers figured out how to use legit websites but the money disappears..
Well, at least in my case the company is at least legit. My order finally arrived, from Egypt NO wonder it took so long. They have a California address. Quality appears to be fair.

I am starting to think Teehag is a scam too. Ordered a tee shirt and two coffee mugs two weeks ago and nothing. The tracking is strange and just says shipped. When you call you get an answering machine and they don't call back. Here is a link to numerous bad reviews. https://r.search.yahoo.com/_ylt=Awr9JnElHSxh.kgAoTdXNyoA;_ylu=Y29sbwNncTEEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny/RV=2/RE=1630309798/RO=10/RU=https%3a%2f%2freviewestores.com%2f2021%2f05%2f11%2fteehag%2f/RK=2/RS=BwF5JCWXEh5LwbQyw1GJK_vgfQc-

My first explosive tire failure!
17 mpg is good for a heavy truck that is going uphill all the time, Lol My guess is, your new tires are already maxed out on your rear axle, it looks heavy. Do you tow very often?

Help; narrowing down on upgrades.
What is your truck exactly, is it stock, miles, year and model? 1900-2700 sounds stock, and a stock truck is wimpy. By just going to an Edge EZ and Genuine new Bosch RV 275 injectors will wake you up. It is cheap, will work fine with your stock turbo and an exhaust brake will bolt right up. I ran this combo for 12 years on my '01 and it will give you 335hp/800tq to the ground. The NV4500 is your weak link. Too much power will allow you to pull a house in 5th gear (not good). With less power, it will force a down shift to 4th, a good thing. For towing, the gears are just spaced too far apart. I recommend a 6spd G56 with the low ratio if you have 3.55 gears, high ratio, if you are running 4.10's.

2019 Ram 2500 vibrates, a lot...
It has been my experience, that a rhythmic vibration, is drivetrain related. Harmonic balancer, flywheel/flexplate or driveshaft. Driveshaft angle is a possibility, wrong t-case mount (too high or low) rear axle mounts welded wrong. Is it one piece or two? It would be interesting to know the history of the truck. Why only 23k miles on it from the original owner.

Defective Head Gasket
I use Napa/Fel-Pro. That gasket has a serious imprint of the head clamp. What are you torqueing the studs to? Fine threads require less torque to develop equivalent bolt preloads v/s coarse thread.

New 2022 3500 Dodge Tradesman 6.7 HO Aisin ordered and coming in the fall ???
I have an '01 with the BD brake, the new truck works better. Full on will reduce speed and automatic will maintain speed. If you are stopping, the tranny will downshift, down to 2nd. I use automatic. If you are on cruise the brake will come on anytime the speed increases over the set speed, including a down shift if needed.

Summer time heat
I use 4x4 low almost every time I deliver a load of cinders. I need the low speed for backing into tight locations and the low forward speed to spread. Saving 4x4 is like saving your head lights on cloudy, rainy/snow days or early dusk/early morning. Use it, it is not fragile at all.

Suggestions for injectors, turbo, head gasket.
I recommend the new genuine Bosch RV275 injectors. Since you tow, I also recommend an exhaust brake, Pac or BD. With this in mind, you will only find a few turbos that will work with the direct mount EB. Make sure your cooling system is fresh/clean. On a hot day, towing heavy, level 2 or 3 is as high as you can go. Empty, you can use level 5, 400hp/900tq, to the ground. https://www.dieselpowerproducts.com/bosch-rv275-injectors-985-02-cummins https://www.dieselpowerproducts.com/industrial-drop-in-turbo-94-02-cummins

New 2022 3500 Dodge Tradesman 6.7 HO Aisin ordered and coming in the fall ???
Here is a scan of my lubricant chart, no mention of SO/HO dually, just dually. It appears that the 12" also comes in an SRW.

New 2022 3500 Dodge Tradesman 6.7 HO Aisin ordered and coming in the fall ???
Ram recommends 75w/140 for the dually. Some guys use 75w/190 or 75w/250, Lol I have read that Schaeffer's is marketing synthetic blend, that it holds the additive package longer than pure synthetic. Ford recommends 75w/140 from F-250 on up, if you tow. This is in their Ford/Stirling axles or Dana. I think AAM in the Ram or GM place too much emphasis on fuel mileage than what is good for the axle. 20k oil change is nuts, but probably necessary, running 75w/85.

They still need it. In '19, Ram went to the clutch type limited slip. However, most quality gear oil has the additive included, just make sure. I agree on the new adventure with the new truck, I have a lot to learn. My 1st and 2nd gens didn't teach me much about this new truck

New 2022 3500 Dodge Tradesman 6.7 HO Aisin ordered and coming in the fall ???
Early oil change is not necessary per the manual. 15k, 1 year or if the oil change minder says to change. I figure 5k for the first one and 10k for the second one, then 15k. Fuel filters (2) required every 15k and they are spendy!! 75w/90 would be fine for the front. The manual says, 500 miles break in empty for the rear, before towing. I went 700, then got rid of it because I needed to tow. I will leave the front alone, for now. What bugs me, is the manual says change the rear axle oil every 20k, if you tow. My guess is, it has something to do with the water weight oil they recommend, 75w/85.

The way I understand it, the '19+ Cummins "requires" the light weight oil for the hydraulic lifters.

New 2022 3500 Dodge Tradesman 6.7 HO Aisin ordered and coming in the fall ???
I bought a '21 Ram 2500 6 weeks ago. At 700 miles (empty) I changed the rear axle to Valvoline 75w/140, it comes with 75w/85. I tow heavy, 26k. I am going to change the engine oil at about 5k miles, 3600 now. The book recommends 10w/30 for operation above 0 and requires 5w/40 below 0. 10w/30 is kinda rare around here so I ordered 10w30 Premium Blue synthetic blend from Speedway Motors, free shipping. I see no reason why you can't use 5w/40 year around, it is also way more popular and available. I am new to all this so I am learning too. All my old diesels get 15w/40.

2007 3500 Okay Deal?
If you want to upgrade, I recommend you go slightly newer and get the 6pd auto and oem exhaust brake. Used truck prices are insane, that one seems reasonable.

Turbo Compressor Dirt
Welp, that lasted quick. Down on boost and up on EGT's. What the heck? Bad filter? So, it went back in the box on the shelf for the dually and the '01 gets a new filter and old air box. I made sure the elbow was not restricted in any way, yet? Some times ya just gotta use oem

Turbo Compressor Dirt
Installed my new filter today, fits good. It didn't help my turbo whine tho, same as before. This new turbo is quiet The exhaust brake rumble might be just a tad louder. Looks like my oem was working good, compressor wheel is still shinny. It was due tho, 1 year and 24k miles of a lot of dirt roads.

Fan clutch locked up
I tried two Napa/Haden fan clutches, neither one worked right. Slow to unlock and slow to lock. Wait till you tow something on a hot day, that will tell the tale. Went back to Mopar, all is well.

Blown Head
That area is called the Narrows, and yes it is a nice drive. That lava flow is huge. The Bandera Volcano it came from has a huge crater. It is a national park and you can walk up the mountain and look at it. We did when we were younger, tough climb.
