All sorts of problems w/quad download
Here are my settings Boost defuel I have set at 35psi because I dont have headstuds yet. EGT defuel is set to 1400 because... thats where I set it. You can set yours lower if you'd like. 1300 or 1350 might be safer. It sounds like your truck is having an issue with the high idle so I'd leave that off on yours. Warmup mode is at what (coolant) temp your quad will begin. You can set this lower to come on sooner or higher to come on after the truck is nice and warm. I would say anywhere between 140 to 190 is good and is up to you. I don't use the MPG offset. Turbo timer you can set to EGT if you have the probe installed (300F to 350F is a good temp for it to shutdown) or you can set it to time based if you dont have the probe installed then set the time to how ever long it takes to get it cooled to 300 - 350 (I think I had mine at 60 secs before I had the probe installed) These are just when you'll get your visual warnings (the icons will turn yellow when they are over these settings). I don't have fuel pressure, trans temp or fuel temp enabled since I don't have those sensors installed.

All sorts of problems w/quad download
I ran that tune up untill Thursday when I put in bigger injectors and I never had a problem with it. Maybe yours got corrupted somehow. Try switching back to it and see if it still acts up. If it does you may have to re-download it. For what it's worth, 0500 is No Vehicle Speed Sensor

Torque specs on injector hold down shoulder bolt
I am not a professional by any means... but if it was me, I'd do the 80in/lbs then some vs going 24in/lbs over spec. From what I read though the important torque is the fuel supply lines. Over torquing those will cause leaks and under torquing those will cause leaks so I made sure to do those exactly to spec. Not sure how important the hold down clamps are to be exact. Why'd you pull the shoulder bolts?

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Yeah, I usually run about 195F but it wasn't up to normal operating temp yet. I just took a quick drive to the store when I got the last screenshot. I'll see where it idles tomorrow once I get to work. That is a far enough drive to get it to 195F.

Ok, this is after unplugging the APPS. It still idled at the same rpm. This is after resetting the APPS. This was also after it was a little warmer too. It may even go lower once it's at full operating temp

OK, I will unplug the APPS and see what it does. Unplug it then start it or unplug it while its running?

Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
Any of the mid injector tunes in the download section would be a good starting point. You could also download the tune builder and make one. The tune builder is an excel based program for your PC that allows you to make your own tune then export it to your Quad.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Nope, no error codes. I never messed with the APPS, its still stock as far as I know. The idle has come down from where it was before the injector install. It used to be close to 950 so it has improved. Is it that big of a deal if its high? I also just replaced the crank sensor on my truck (at least I think it was the crank sensor, the one behind the starter).

We'll, took the truck back out and got it all warmed up and here are my numbers... It's running good so I'm happy with it. My numbers are better. I think it was 930ish and load of 2-3 before the injectors were installed.

Double post. Didn't know my other went through since it froze when I tried to post it.

Pretty sure that's what the quad said. I'll go double check once I get back home.

They were set to 315 according to DAP. My engine load is about 7-8 and rpm is 850-875. So far I am really happy but we'll see how long they last.

Thanks @Unreal Summit. One other thing I forgot to mention was how much quieter the motor is. Glad I went with the 7x10s

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Tomorrow (today now) I put my injectors in. Wasn't too bad of a job. Took me about 3 hours to do, not including clean up and wasn't too difficult. I think the hardest part was getting the lines on the back of the VP tight. Not much room on that thing I followed others recommendations and tightened the lines to the cross-over tubes before tightening down the injector hold downs. Once it was all back together I loosened 1,2,4 lines and bumped the starter a couple of times to get fuel then cranked the motor while my son watched for fuel to spray out. Once he saw fuel I stopped cranking and tightened up the lines and cranked a few more times and it finally caught. It spit and sputtered like it was taking a fit but soon smoothed right out. Took a walk around the truck while it idled and made sure all the tools were out from under the hood then closed the hood and took it for a ride. I was really surprised. With no tuning there is no smoke (as long as I drive it like a responsible adult ). After the temp came up I put the tuner to 5 (using a mid injector fun tune from @Me78569) and WOW Even with this tune the smoke was manageable unless I step on it while in a higher gear (did that once) and even then it cleans up quick. I didn't do the headstuds today as my back was bothering me, so that will be for another day. I just need to take it easy till I get those installed. I have the quad set to defuel at 35psi so I think I'll be OK.

Well, looks like tomorrow is going to be the day...

99 24v crank but no start new vp44 and ecm repaired
Maybe check the wiring between the ECM and VP. If it runs while hotwired and the ECM is functioning as it should be then maybe you got a bad wire between them.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Placed my order today with DAP. I went with new Bosch bodies and I also bought new cross-over tubes (I only want to do this once). I also picked up a set of the "cheaper" ARP headstuds. Thanks Lenny at @dieselautopower for letting me bend your ear a little before I pulled the trigger. ....and now I wait....

2001 2500 Rapid Torque Converter Cycling
Check out this link to a post I did when I was going to move my charge wire. There's some good info in there on lug sizes (from @IBMobile) and some links to some good breakers to use. I also have some pics of what mine looks like now. Its super easy to do and shouldn't take more than an hour. Hardest part is freeing up the charge wire from the loom. Let us know if you have any other questions about it.

Quadzilla not showing boost
Did it just start happening again? So it was fixed for a year? If that's the case check your pump tap again. Maybe it worked lose again.

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Thanks everyone for the replies. I am going to stick with my original plan and go with the 7x10 injectors. I guess its time to place my order with DAP.

But you have a different turbo. Will it smoke a lot more with my HX35?

Time for New Injectors, will 7x10s be ok with stock turbo
Time for new injectors. My engine load is down to around 2-3% and idle is at 900-950rpm. My plan is to go with 7x10s and some ARP headstuds but I worry if my truck will be undrivable if my Quad goes out like Mike's recently did. I know he said his didn't smoke too bad but I believe his turbo flows more air to clean it up. I have just a stock HX35 with a boost elbow. I don't want it smoking like a chimney if I have to drive it without the Quad. Thoughts?
