I had 100hp DAP injectors that I bought from Crazy Carl's Turbo's.  I never had any problems with them.  They are not Bosch injectors they are built on aftermarket bodies as far as I know.  They are decently priced.

As for your trans not having problems I cannot comment.  My trans had problems when I bought the truck and I had it rebuilt twice.  It is slipping again and will have a complete billet trans built when it goes back on the road.

Dap sells Bosch body as well

I believe I bought aftermarket bodies as I'm in Canada and didn't want the hassle of sending cores back.  I had 3 sets 7x9, which I ran and worked well but a little too hot with stock turbo and EJWA on hot unlock.  I have 7x10.5's which I bought to run with a s300 charger then decided to go twins and bought 7x13 sac' s with a tip mode rated at 275.  I have yet to run either set of larger injectors

You should be fine if you don't abuse it, DAP has brand new rv275 no core needed, keep old ones for a trade in later if you go bigger. Remember to get new orings for crossover tubes.

Hello Matt here with DAP. i just wanted to clarify that our RV275s do require a $100 refundable core charge. They are a nice moderate upgrade for a stock turbo.

Well.. It started with my first set of injectors about 5-6 years ago.. 7x.010 sac at 305 bar... They loped like a damn hot rod with a big cam..cool for 5 minutes then hurt utterly annoying, tried new o rings, and washers with no help. He suggested trying those things and was okay with communication but never offered to pay for them or send them to me I had to buy them myself from a local injection shop. I ended up just running with it for just over 4 years before I overhauled my engine. He had offered to go through them if I sent them back but I never had any opportunity to take them out because my truck was my daily driver. When I overhauled I sent them into him and he came up with the problems of the pop pressure being lower than desired and the tips needed worked over, as he described, because the flow rates were not up to par. After this I decided to go with the new "street" 6x.013 sac 150º 305 bar injectors that he just came out with. He allowed me to upgrade to those over the previous injectors for 250 bucks which I thought was fair. I got these ones and they never ran right smoked like a train missed at higher RPMs never had great power along with a multitude of other issues that took me many months to figure out. I tried talking to him over and over but he would respond with one sentence about every week. He even refused to read any threads I had started that explain everything instead he would just ask one question and then be gone for a week and then ask one more question and be gone for a week. After waiting I finally gave up and sent them in and bought some new ones from dap. Turns out that the nozzles work complete junk in that the flow rates were nowhere near correct. It sounds like they were not a atomizing fuel at all and that they were just kind of squirting and dripping out. I could probably go on for days about it but I think you get the jest of it. Sorry for any typos I'm doing voice to text

We have worked with Contagious and our experience is that he does good work.  I cannot speak to why the 6x.013 did not run right.

@Dieselfuture  At one time we did sell the RV275 with  no core, we changed that and dropped the price to try to make up the difference.  Its hard to acquire cores for building injectors.

I was wondering about that. I have set I bought from you several years with no core. Need to send them in for make over, or maybe a trade up, who knows.

Bigger injectors and a Quadzilla?

FYI our DAP50HP flow about 10% more fuel and are less expensive.  One can also get injectors built on new Bosch bodies for any size... It adds some cost though.

The quad would be nice had I not bought a comp, from y'all I might add, a year or so before @Mopar1973Man started telling us about his change over. Just my luck.

I have a set of the your 50's and am happy with them.
