   These are the results according to Texas A&M:
 
 
 
 
   1. Lincoln and Reagan tied for first place
 
 
   2. Seventeen
   Presidents tied for second place
 
 
   3. Twenty-three other
   Presidents tied for third place
 
 
   4. Jimmy Carter came
   in fourth, and...

Instead of characteristically telling her they are not, he uncharacteristically comes up with a suggestion: "If you want your breasts to grow, then every day take a piece of toilet paper and rub it between your breasts for a few seconds."

Willing to try anything, she fetched a piece of toilet paper and stood in front of the mirror, rubbing it between her breasts. "How long will this take?" she asks.

"They will grow larger over a period of years," he replies.

I stop. "Do you really think rubbing a piece of toilet paper between my breasts every day will make them larger over the years?"

Without missing a beat he says, "Worked for your butt, didn't it?"

   

He's still alive, and with a great deal of therapy, may even walk again.

In the aftermath of July,14th truck terror attack in Nice, France the Congresswoman Ida Gutahafmine D-RI introduced a bill in the House of Representatives to register all large trucks and have a special license to operate them. Also proposed in the bill would be the removal of all assault trucks from all roads and fuel tanks limited to 10 gallons.   

 When the Honorable Gutahafmine was informed that all trucks are now registered, operators have a commercial driver's license, there is no such thing as an assault truck and interstate commerce would come to a stand still with a 10 gallon limit , She was heard to say "never mind".

I wonder if it was one of those automatic or semi automatic trucks
