Flooded out.
Strange how the group of people became more family like and worrying about each other. I'm sure if there is member near you that are reading this might try and help. I think in the past during a few other events member have got together and helped where they can.

Dang... I love the truck just so much black it will lose detail like the hood, grill and every will wash together. Another spot would be the black on the tire and wheels.

Ball joints
If I'm not mistaken... The upper ball joint isn't a true "ball joint" its a shaft joint.

What I've got a problem is this group pushing their beliefs on the rest of us. It might not be our place to judge but every one always speaks about the "Good Lord" above but you have to remember there is always the dark side of thing like the Devil below. So where do you draw the line saying "I believe in the Good Lord above and these actions by this group are unacceptable." Then at the same time being quiet and not speaking up is like saying you accept their way of life. How does one go about handling these moral issues? Tough I'll admit but I still hold true to the Bible. Leviticus 18:22, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination." Leviticus 20:13, "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them." Romans 1:26-28, "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. 28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper."

automatic transmission late shift
I have to buy SPONGE which is suggested by Timbo. Sam I highly suggest AGAINST any noise filters or tin foil tricks this just points to a bad alternator problem. Rather just replace the alternator or rebuild it to keep the rest of the system from getting fried from AC noise issues. So you'll do all this and still lose your VP44, ECM and other computers. Fix it right have the alternator rebuilt or replaced.

NV4500 finally died...
Steering column pod. That the only open spot. The Edge Comp will be relocated. I'm considering doing a bit of sensor and switch magic and getting a second sensor too and wiring a toggle switch and install a rear diff sensor too.

Most likely in a PTO cover plate.

Ball joints
This last truck I was working on had both grease-able upper and lower ball joint. Rather strange to see zerk on a lower ball joint. I've got no idea who makes them.

I don't trust most public bathrooms. Then like motels and hotels are clean for bathrooms but the bed is the issue. Never know if there is bedbugs or if the bedspread has been washed or not. I'd rather drag the RV to where I need to go than staying in a motel. Always nice to eat a meal that is not fast food or restaurant prices.

Advice on RV trailer fender
The only thing I would be worried about is it plugging up enough to possibly cause fire issues?

NV4500 finally died...
Kind of like @Dynamic discussion of transmission temperature gauges and temperature ranges of normal for ATF+4. Even he was on the low side at 220*F if I remember right. I'm going to invest in a ISSPro trans temp gauge for the NV4500. Foolish not too.

NV4500 finally died...
Yeah I've been learning about gear usage in the little 1996 Dodge Ram 1500. You find that the most efficient gear will produce way less heat in the transmission. Again I'm not sure what happen I'm just taking a educated guess at the failure and it behavior. I know there is Quad 4x4 for most of the parts on the NV4500. So that is one resource for parts.

NV4500 finally died...
61k miles. So I'm going to say it could be syncro material darking up the oil but I'm thinking heat more so. That what I want to do is get it on the floor and opened up and inspect everything. Still got to see what happened with the 3rd / 4th gear issue I'm really curious if its a bearing or what.

NV4500 finally died...
As for today I got the front and rear drive shafts out, the transfer case is out, slave cylinder is removed, and just got the 4 bolts holding the transmission in. My right knee is hurtin' so I quit early. I'm all setup for dropping the transmission. When the shift tower was removed I can see some in the inside I don't see any broken teeth on gears. The gear lube I drained out was darker than normal so there is sign of heat issues. No metal that I could see in the oil. I'll be ordering a transmission temp gauge for this one too. If my knee if feeling better in the morning I'll most likely get it dropped to the floor and popped open to see what happened. Other than that I'll wait till Friday and have @Taz drop it down with me.

Bad Injectors ? Video Inside
@TFaoro Holy cow dude. That just cruel to let your truck lope and knock puking out lots of unburnt fuel.

Advice on RV trailer fender
The only thing I would change is I would toss hardware mesh behind the floor vents to keep little things from dropping in the floor duct.

Notes from the wilderness!!!
I've got a similar effect with all the dogs we've had and even Diesel. It seem when it comes to play time he looks towards me for the fun and excitement. Then when they get sick it's not MoparMom he goes but me. For some reason, they know how will take care of their particular needs. Animals in general are strange but if you pay attention you can friends with even wild animals. Every winter I've got flocks of small birds that winter here now knowing there is a supply of food and water through the winter time.
