Raptor FRRP or FASS DDRP ?
There are some on the forum that are using this type of setup. I would recommend moving the pump from a motor location to tclosest to the fuel tank in order to receive the maximum benefit of the new fuel pump. Do you know what the GPH of each pump is? Do you have a FP gauge at the present?

P1693 code VP44 dying?
The only thing the 1693 code is telling you is that you have another code. It is called a companion code. What ever tool you used to get the codes did not get answers from both computers. The good news is that right now the VP is ok. The bad news is that you still have a code and then you will find out what your problem is. Good luck! Report back the results.

Strange fuel pump problem
Towhungerford brings up a good idea. I have personnally been battling problems with my Lp. Thought it was on its way out. I wired directly to a power source and all of my problems have gone away. If it were me, I would turn off my Quad until I had better FP. With pressure like you are saying, you are going to fry your VP sooner:2cents:.

Guage install info
I originally had 1 gauge on the pillar, then went to a 3 gauge setup. I kept the 1 gauge setup and had the idea to trim it on the bottom end of the gauge. I was able to make it fit above the 3rd gauge and the roof line. I have not installed it for two reasons. 1st because I haven't needed to take the gauges down and 2nd because I don't know what other gauge I would use!

Neutral safety switch
If you have no vent controls, check by the VP and power steering pump. There is a vacuum line that runs along the drivers side of the engine to there. Mine got disconnected and I had the same symptoms as you. Plugged it back in and all fixed!

Terrible luck with Raptor.
Well, I jinxed my self! My Raptor is dead. It has electrical problems. Wired it direct to a 12 volt power supply and it worked for a little bit then nothing. I will call Pureflow on Wednesday and see if they tell me to jump in a lake or not!

Terrible luck with Raptor.
Haven't had a problem with mine. It has worked fine since I put it in. Only problem that I have had has been due to operator error! LOL

Wierd Problem
First, I would check for codes. Second, Our trucks are famous to do weird things when batteries are low on a charge and grounds are not that good. Check this area. Third, to help us diagnose your problem, what is your FP? You might also disconnect your Quadzilla and take the programmer out of the equation. Also, fill your signature out for future reference. Welcome to the site! There will be more posts shortly to help you out!

Fuel pump will not energize
Ok, I had aq fuse that is bad. But, the problem is still not fixed. Does any one know what the voltage should be from the ECM to the fuel pump wires? I have 8.71 with the ignition. I hooked up the fuel pump directly to the battery and it is energizing. - - - Updated - - - :banghead: Ok, I get the stupid award! After going thru all of my wires, checking to see if I had a break in them, I find a loose ground connection. Fix it. Then I realize the black (ground) wire should be on the negative post NOT on the positive post! The one good thing is that I didn't have the truck towed to spend towing charges and shop hours to find my STUPID mistake. You can go ahead and heap the praise on me now!

Fuel pump will not energize
No codes. I have checked a couple of times.

Fuel pump will not energize
Replaced my battery cables yesterday. Started the engine up 4 or 5 times, fuel pump was working. Tried starting this a.m. and can't hear the pump energize. Checked the fuse in the wiring harness, switched the fuses in the PDC, looked at all of the connections they still have dielectric grease on them, replaced the relay in the harness and still nothing. What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated!

No Codes but will surge a little on steady hwy speeds or up hills Please Help!!!
I know that the OP truck is a stick, but with my auto if I don't have good connections on the battery my truck surges like the Op is saying.

Truck got stolen this morning.....I'm lost
Glad to hear it! Does this count as a Christmas wish? LOL

Had my 99 full bore fuel pressure said 0????
Seems like we are missing something here! If his pressure drops down to 0 at times. Then either there is a faulty gauge or a problem with an isolator. IMHO

2.2k resistor wattage
I went to Radio Shack. Told them what I wanted, and they gave it to me. Pack of 5. Didn't know there was a wattage to them? Just plug it in!

Had my 99 full bore fuel pressure said 0????
First, I would adjust the FP to be in between 18-20 psi at idle. Second, are you using the factory fuel lines fromthe tank to the VP? Do you have an isolator on your FP gauge? Are you running your fuel thru the old lift pump? (Not sure from the way you wrote the article. You mention Raptor150 and then lift pump.

Air Dog Raptor 100 problem
Like Mike says, change your lines. I recently had my stock fuel cannister die on me. Had 1/2" line from the tank to the fuel filter and the stock line to the VP. At WOT, my psi would drop about 3.5 psi. Instaleed 1/2" line from the tank to the VP. Now 2 psi drop at WOT. I have been reading some where about the big line kit and the importance of it, can't remember where though!

Fuel leak factory cannister
Ryan, that looks like mine, After thinking it over, I don't want to go thru this process again. I am going to remove the whole filter assembly and put in a separate fuel filter system. Thanks for the help!

Fuel leak factory cannister
It is the drop out filter.

Fuel leak factory cannister
Started noticing fuel dripping from the fuel filter. Looks like it is coming from in between the top of the cannister and the side. I have taken the top of the cannister off the block, looked for cracks and debris. Then I put a new filter on and it is still leaking. I don't know if the manufacturer is putting in smaller o-rings or what. Any suggestions? If I can't figure this out, looks like I will be putting a new filter setup on the truck and removing the factory cannister.

won't start
Need more info! Does it crank? Are both batteries good, What is your voltage? If it cranks, what is your FP? Do you have fuel to the injectors, to the VP, to the fuel filter, to the fuel pump? Have you checked for codes? What year of truck?
-
New fuel gauge, am I being paranoid?
Sounds like you didn't put in a snubber. Rules that out! Next would be what type of lift pump do you have and is the fuel filter new? Definately low pressure. I would be wondering what is going on with those numbers.

This is what most of us have done to solve the problem of the puke bottle: http://articles.mopar1973man.com/2nd-generation-24v-dodge-cummins/26-engine-systems/42-crankcase-vent-mod .

Cranking but wont start, just replaced heater core...
How are you checking for codes? On an 01 the key trick is un reliable for getting the codes. What is your fuel PSI? I was thinking along the same lines as Dripley, Check the fuel system from front to back. I believe it is a 40 amp fuse in the PDC.
