The 2nd amandmant in its writing gives us the right to be armed "Equal" to the government to form a militia to protect ourselves from our own governments tyranny. Because they do not have the freedoms we have here, But that said the ideals ingraned into us patriots are what have kept the one world order and globalist bankers from being able to take the country over as easily as we see happening over the last few years just under Obama alone they have taken over several middle east countries and there are just a few left standing in the way and Obama who works for the UN instead of the USA is handing it over as fast as he can. If he doesn't get impeached before this term is over we are going to be hanging on by a thread if at all. Was it a brand new engine or was it a company rebuild or a factory reman engine, If it was brand new or a factory reman they shouldn't be too hard to deal with, in most cases they will do a failure analysis and give credit..........But smaller companies who do cheap in house rebuilds are a totally different deal, they will do anything in their power to duck out of being responsible for a failure.What kind of warranty was offered with the engine at purchase?

My Mother in law has what is turning out to be a petting zoo at her place. She too has a small goat that is leash trained and loves to go for walks just like a dog, in fact she takes it and a dog for walks together.

I added some info in my OP At the 1:10 point and on you can see the exhaust pipe and to me appears to be a gasser sized pipe. And from the sounds I hear unless it was background noise other than the cummins I hear no D-max sound. But with my bad hearing that holds no merrit. I wonder if he has flat spots on his tires and Skid marks in his shorts and a foul smelling seat now.

From reading through everything and listening to the news and all the local talk radios ect ect, I agree it all needs to start at home.......................Except for the fact that home is no longer what we perceive from the 50's. It all ended with the Baby boomer generation, this is where the drug issues started coming into the picture. I am a "Gen X" The smallest generation population. Why? The introduction of contraception in the 60's. Boomers accepted drugs more openly and it has snowballed from there. Law enforcement and drugs enforcement has not chimed in as to where the "Prescription drug" issue lies. It is common knowledge that a lot of parents want their kids on the meds so they themselves can steel the feel good meds for themselves and it is an easy way to do it. So tell me how fixing the problem that starts at home can be fixed at home????????????????????? Kids are bombed with drugs and chemicals right out of the womb, via disease inducing vacines and continues from there via the GMO pollution we call food now days that is infused and in most cases contain more fake filler byproducts and chemicals than actual food. Then when you get sick from the poison your body is trying to fight they pump more chemicals into you to fight the mass of other chemicals already inside. It needs to start at the source, The FDA, The Senators and Legislators, drug companies and the medical field have to be held accountable. Most of these people would NOT become suicidal and have violent outburstsd of rage without the brain altering phyciatric drugs. Not sure which way to take that comment not knowing your stance on the issue. I have seen on a couple occasions where miss fires have gone off several seconds after the trigger was pulled and one happened as the owner had just set the gun down, that was a bit of a tense moment, so actually to your comment in a literal state in a wird sense yes a gun did go off by itself.

The government doesn't want to ackowldge the issue of drugs being the cause because every politician in gov has some ties to big pharma which funds a large portion of their election campaigns and other propaganda. Keep the focus on guns and the main issue is easily overlooked, the lamestream media is the same, probably 50% of their advertising money comes from drug commercials. They will not cut their own income streams by pointing out the root cause of all the issues, instead they look at the tool being used. Yes Government has to be in the picture but we the people have to drag them into the picture and get the corrupt crony capitalism driven politics out of government.

Made right here in North Dakota actually. But it was bought out by a Korean company Doosan about 3 years ago and the first thing they did was close a huge manufacturing facility in Bismarck laying off several hundred folks making 40-70K a year. Was a huge loss for the area and the facility sat empty and with the economy couldn't sell a facility like that. But they have moved back into it and started making skidsteer attachments in the facility again, a fraction of what used to be there. It was where they made mini excavators and skidloaders. There is still a couple other Bobcat plants in SE ND. Head quarters is in Fargo ND.

LOL............... Wouldn't that be a kicker, put it in CRP for 20+ years to help reduce erosion to just burn off all organic material and get it back to pre CRP condition in less than an hour. Modern minimum or no till farming practices have all but made CRP a thing of the past in most cases. But the hunters seem to think this is the worst thing in the world. Like it was put into CRP just for their use. CRP = Conservation reserve program for those who may wonder what it is The government paid a subsidy directly to the land owner to enroll their land into the program and take it out of production based on a formula of what the land would have made in rent or lost income from said land quality and use, It was to preserve topsoil from wind and water erosion in certain areas highly prone to this. Some but a small part of it was to save certain water shed areas too.

Its not my position, I don't give them much of anything. The issue I have been dealing with is trying to understand why would people want to work for "Or empower this business practice by participating" a company who would rather spend money to fly people into an area and house them to work in a location knowing they are too cheap to pay a semi livable salary to people in the area. It is more of a rant rather than a stand on an issue, just throwing this out there so people can see what companies are doing to not have to pay a competitive salary in certain areas. The local news had a story on it again a couple nights ago trying to avoid the real reason for flying in the people by trying to Brag up the area and make it out to be the low unemployment rate of the state that is creating this situation rahter than a lack of people who would work for less than 10 bucks an hour. - - - Updated - - - I am Not up on construction workers salaries but a guess for any skilled worker would be around $20/ hour average if working for someone up to $30+ for independants from talking with the contractor that did my kitchem remodel a year ago. I do know dirt moving construction or truck driving in the area in and around the oil patch ect averages $25/hour and up. In the coal fired electric generating energy industry most wages are $35/hr+ range no matter what end you are on be it mining or on the generation end. Oil refineries and ethanol plant and other related jobs are still 30+/hour.
