Starting to mod my 2010 Hemi.
Got a head scratcher, going to leave it overnight to cold soak for dealer to do more testing. On way to town it went into limp mode got to town it came out of it, tech test drove could not find anything obvious, did a tranny engine software update and relearn sequence and we went for ride together so he cold confirm what I feel. He thinks possible lifter cam issue they had a problem with for a couple years and mine fits the time frame so he wants to compression check it and do more checking into tranny codes and see what happens when they see how it performs cold which is when one code keeps happening. More waiting until tomorrow now.

The code below is the exact code as is read from the Bully Dog tuner DTC screen and I find info on it on RamforumZ too as well as other searches but seems there are several things that can cause it and I have not seen wiring as one of them yet but not saying it can't be an option, the dealer will be able to see this on his diagnostic reader this afternoon I hope. I am wondering if my problem isn't tranny related possibly cavitating pump from a loose filter maybe that sounds like engine miss since I get gear 4 and 5 ratio out of range codes too. I had a filter come loose once already last winter and it acted totally different than this. P0933 / hydraulic pressure sensor range / performance.

got my 2006 gmc
I know, that is what I said in my last post, lol. Can haul more in the trunk of the wildcat than the itty bitty GMC.

Don't think there is one single vacuum line on this thing, far as I can see and tell pretty much 100% electrically operated everything now. From reading if it was an intake gasket leak that causes all sorts of fits / codes and other issues with these things.

Starting to mod my 2010 Hemi.
Gotta cave once in a while, had to make an appt. with the dealer to diagnose this one tomorrow afternoon. Way too many things that can cause this to just throw parts at without the proper diagnostic tooling. Added a bottle of injector cleaner today and cleared the codes several times and the one that keeps coming back is the P0933 and have gotten the 4th gear ratio code once and then a separate time got 5th gear ratio code, it is also missing to the point it is affecting power now as well while driving under load but still no CEL or engine related codes. Gonna have to part with a bit of coin I guess. Lucky for me I know the 2 pickup techs there really well and they know me really good as well and would never BS me so I have a huge plus on that note going for me, they are good techs so I don't worry about them doing a bad job, I just hate paying flat rate shop fees. Couple minutes worth of work you pay for 1/2 hour minimum plus the extras like disposal fees even if the never used a thing, someone has to pay for the coffee cups and TP I guess.

got my 2006 gmc
fixed it for ya. One truck, one pickup and one car with a box lol.......... I have owned several 60's and 70's cars and you could haul about twice as much in the trunk of the Buick as the GMC.

Starting to mod my 2010 Hemi.
Well went to work today and the miss is still there filled with new fuel and it didn't help either. I checked for codes when I got home and have 2 tranny related codes and after clearing them one still comes back but it shifts and drives flawlessly too, now I am beginning to get frustrated. No CEL either. P0734 / gear 4 incorrect ratio which is the one that came back. P0933 / hydraulic pressure sensor range / performance, this code did not come back after test drive after clearing codes. Just had it on regular tune didn't notice anything right off I drove easy as it was -24*F this morning and it still had the miss but now took it back to stock until I figure out these other issues.

Why I usually do my own work whenever I can....
X2 on Johns post ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Although I have seen a lot of folks reuse seals on wheel bearing hubs which could have been the issue. Make sure the seals fit the spindle and that the seal area is not rusted or pitted or damaged, I have seen some seals get installed too far or not far enough and totally miss the seal surface of the spindle too or even a hub change out that was a different dimension.

Mopar1973Man Looking for someone to do masonry.
Building the wall would be less trouble than "Doing the Choir". In all seriousness though find someone who specializes in this as it can be a safety issue not to mention the money and time to have to do it again and again.

Yep, cinder block is not for "retaining" wall use would have been ok for free standing alone, there are specific types of block and glue just for retaining walls. The base and first layer of block is the most time consuming part of building a retaining wall, lots of time and labor into tamping and leveling, start with a good quality class 5 gravel that packs tight and then level with sand. Depending on how high the wall and what kind of moisture there is to drain the area behind it drain tile may be needed behind the wall as well. You need to find someone with landscaping experience not masonry.

The Seniors have left a nice legacy, over the last 4 years they had a 58-3 record with 4 straight national titles.

A few inches of 5/8 crushed rock behind the wall between the wall and the barrier cloth as backfill is an absolute must as well, never ever back fill directly behind the wall with dirt, one needs a drainage to not hold moisture during winter, frost heaves are what make most walls deteriorate and lean when not properly backfilled with 5/8 rock. I just had a landscaper build me several retaining walls in front of my house last year and he taught me a ton about this.

Starting to mod my 2010 Hemi.
Plugs are in and it fired up and ran purred like a kitten again, had 45K miles on the plugs I pulled out. OEM recommends 30-40K changes so I got a good run from the NGK plugs it was missing under normal driving conditions I could hear it but didn't notice it power or performance wise and no CEL yet, went back in with champion plugs which is the only plug Chrysler recommends other than NGK. I had the dealer replace the first set at 35K while it was still under warranty just in caser something happened it would have been their baby. I know from reading on other forums Bully Dog got a bad rap a couple years ago by charging Chrysler only users 250 bucks to unlock the units to be able to be used on other rigs but there was enough backlash and lawsuit threats they changed it back and dropped the charges again. They offer canned tunes as well as custom tunes depending on the unit one gets, I have the simpler one that has canned tunes with free online updates. I read through dozens of Bully Dog threads over on RamforumZ and never saw any that addressed anyone with any issues of messed up ECM's from Bully Dog tuners. , anything is possible, I had an ECM die on my 02 Cummins during download #2 with a Smarty. After BD pulled that stunt most RamForumZ roamers decided to go with Diablo tuners instead the last couple of years. I went with this unit because it was less than a year old and I got it for less than half of new and it was already setup for a 2010 hemi and the previous owner had pretty good results from it.

Starting to mod my 2010 Hemi.
Got the Bully Dog updated and loaded up and now in the middle of replacing the spark plugs on the Hemi, not a bad job at all, actually a lot easier than some older v-8 engines actually. Will get a feel for the "Regular" gas tune tomorrow and after I refill with premium again will load the "premium" gas tune. The thing is a lot like smarty as one can adjust the throttle sensitivity as well as many other settings, never had a tuner like this for a gasser but it offers a lot. Can set speed limits rev limits most annoying options like auto locks head light and accessory timers tire size shift point limits ect. Has customizable gauges and can add 2 pyros to it as well, has driving coaching settings and safety temp settings for coolant and tranny has performance testing capabilities too. I can't believe how small this thing is too.

Friday Funny.
I was in a new Cummins shop for service school many years ago in Fargo ND and they had a brand new chassis dyno for semis and we got to watch one of the first runs of a then new ISX 600 and the front tire came about 4 feet off the ground and the frame twisted up like that with the customer standing there with his jaw hanging on the ground, they figured out real quick they needed to chain the front axle down as well. Customer was like seeing his brand new semi tweaking like that. The top zip tie as a prank reminded me of a gear shop mechanic at Inland truck parts was always joking around, I put a hand full of shims inside his spare tire and he drove around and stuck several hundred dollars fixing things trying to find the rattle in his rear end, a couple months later I crawled under and took the shims back out and nobody ever said a word to him about what I did.............. When asked what the rattle was he could never answer it he just figured something he fixed must have done the trick.

High idle kit problems
I resent that comment, my Kubota tractor actually purrs nicely although my B2150 is a 4 cylinder but I know what you are referring to from some of the older 2 and 3 cylinder Kubota rattlers sounded pretty rough.

1966 dodge fargo cummins swap
I have actually worked on several 318 wedge engines over the years. A cummins might even be lighter than that big ol wedge engine, those things are HUGE.

borgenson gear box leak
I would get hold of either the company you got it from to see if there would be chance for warranty or just contact borgeson directly.
