  1. just flip the switch into 6 cyl mode, you dont need to unhook the quadzilla. Its only when the quadzilla is commanding high idle and so is the ecm that you might run into issues. 3 cyl mode is the real trigger for things.

  7. I wouldn't sweat it personally, just dont be dumb and you wont have issues. Use the revo settings to control fueling and it should be fine.

  10. Still BG status. The dealer is getting worried so they are getting some regional dude in the loop. I am nearly %100 sure that paint booths were shutdown for "retooling" and that ONLY 3 or 4 colors where getting done. they seem to be opening colors back up so maybe we will see movement.

  12. no stacking just makes the issues worse. the edge only adds on top of what the s03 does. IE on sw9 for example, duration is maxed out at ~%30 tps input, stacking an edge on top will make it so you hit %100 duration at %20 throttle. The only thing a smarty should be stacked with is a tst type box that only does wiretap. I dont like stacking because that means that the tst is doing boost fooling so the ecm only ever sees ~16psi of boost so you aren't using the maps in the ecm fully. Just reducing the resolution of your tuning if that makes sense.
  13. The smarty does not pull timing if you are lugging it. Here is stock in a lugged situtation note the end of the graph is sitting at 12* of timing (green bars) rpms where at ~1200 Here's the S03 See how the S03 will command 18* of timing at 1000 rpm at %100 duration? That's a ton of cylinder pressure. You want to smooth out the OEM timing pull some, but I don't believe the S03 does timing well outside of a dyno setting for peak torque at 1800 rpm. might want to read the S03 tuning thread. that will give you insights into the tuning hte s03 offers

  16. what are your mods? sometimes they can be worthwhile depending on the needs. Most of the trucks on the road dont have them
  17. so in your above tune you will not get %100 wiretap until 35 psi. 10 psi is where the map starts, and it rams up to full wiretap in the next 25 psi ( boost scaling)
  18. min wiretap % only applies if tps mins and boost mins are met. V2 lvl4+ has wiretap V1 lvl 3+
  19. V2 tunes read boost from the ecm until 16psi is reached. If you have issues with map reading higher than that your sense is not functioning / or the ecm is not giving correct readings out.

  21. you are correct, wiretap will add for fuel for the same tps input. canbus fueling is very much related to tps
  22. obdlink will tell you if there is throttle input, but not if the IVS is switching on and off. Idle state is controlled by another "function" of the apps.
  23. Does the computer beep when you plug in the box? sounds like either you have a charge only usb or the driver isnt installed.
