  1. Here you go. Increase your light throttle load limit to %40 that will give you a few extra * of timing at cruise and that should drop temps some. I think something is still up though. Have you checked your wastegate to make sure it is no opening soon? your temps are a lot hotter than I would expect. thoughts @jlbayes?
  2. might also help us if you tell us what you need help with.
  3. I'd update your box to the latest v2 from the downloads section. If this only happens in the 1000 rpm area you might be jumping between the quad and ecm.
  4. What injectors do you have? Your truck is working REALLY hard to keep speed. I am gonna guess your injectors are worn / junk / tiny for your air. What injectors? What Turbo, full specs? I can also see that your light throttle limit is %30, but you are cruising typically at up to %40 load. So you are not getting the timing you are needing at cruise state either. I would bump up your light throttle limit. Have you tested for boost leaks? at 2k rpm I would expect more boost unless your exhaust housing is big.
  5. Datalog the stumble please. that will help a ton as it is very easy to miss something.
  6. I haven't touched the download section in awhile.
  7. lol getting close.
  8. Truck order has been updated to remove the low volume midnight blue and get the normal volume Blue streak. We should be seeing a vin in the next week.
  9. chillax you two. MPG comes from more than just the cam. Dynamic timing plays a major role. Cam also plays a role.
  10. https://mopar1973man.com/cummins/articles.html/24-valve-2nd-generation_50/51_engine/59_fuel/quadzilla-adrenaline-custom-tuning-in-depth-v2-tuning-r483/
  11. The hx will be better than the hy for egts up top. a 62 sxe would be good if you want to maximize the fuel you have.
  12. here is the Iquad user manual http://quadzillapower.com/content/Forms/Instructions/iQuad_Instructions.pdf
  13. The hy35 is WAY out of its map thats the main issue for your EGT's WAY too much fuel for it. An hx35 would be a good cheap drop in or a bigger turbo if you want.
  14. lol WAY better than my video lolol
  15. I like it more. I would also still be figuring out what turbo you have. A hy35 ( which comes on 01/02) autos will choke above 32 psi.
  16. Yes you can. If you dont want to you can just download one of the 30 in the link Mike posted.
  17. With the smarty you will have to have one made unless you tune it yourself. With the quad you do it yourself as it is much easier to figure out.
  18. I dunno if you are going to gain low end with a bigger turbo. Are you flooding the turbo down low causing lag? What rpm are you seeing boost come on? Have you checked for boost leaks? The smarty on lvl2 is giving you stock timing, which is not helping your egts up top. More timing would drop your temps a good bit. as to what turbo I would figure out what you have now, a 01 3500 should have a hy35 which runs out of air after ~32 psi. above that and egt's are going to spike. What is your hp goal? that really defines what turbo you go for. with only 110's I would guess a hx35 would work well with some better tuning. a 57 drop in would work well too, but the cost is significant compared to a hx35.
  19. Yep if you have a wiretap % sensor you can choose from you are using the wrong profile. The value will always read %0 because there is no coding in the background of V2 to output wiretap % to the screen. That function was for testing only when V2 was being developed. back to the issue are you sure wiretap is not working? Does going from lvl 3 to lvl 4 jump in power?
  20. also where are you seeing Wiretap = 0??? there is no wiretap read out in the v2 tuning.
  21. I got a call from the dealer, still in BG status. BUT Blue streak color opened back up so I can change the order to a none low volume color and get the ball rolling. Time to talk to the wife.
  22. you have torque management cutting fueling. check this thread out
