  1. Missed this one. Sorry for your loss, but I am happy to hear your life is getting a little more simple. She will be missed, but the joy she brought over the years far shines the sadness.
  2. For 7 x .009's i wouldnt do a 62 id do that 57 dap has been talking about. To really use the 62 you will have to run a lot of wiretap with the 7x.009's.
  3. Do you want to stay with the 7 x .009's or do you see yourself stepping up to 7 x .010's
  4. Its likely that since all the sensors are working that the dealer didnt get it flashed right.
  5. With your tires 18-19 is pretty good. I wouldnt expect too much more.
  6. you have to flash the ecm to enable or disable that function. a dbrIII is required to do this, aka a dealer.
  7. You have oem high idle. Dont use them together if you do it will do exactly what you are talking about Oem or quad high idle not both.
  8. No smaller than 7 x .010 for injectors
  9. A sxe 62/68/12 or 14 and 7 x .010's 100's wont get you to 500.
  10. Datalog a run that will tell us if the ecm is defueling.
  11. If it was me I would run studs.
  12. If your intention is the run it hard then yes.
  13. I really think you are overthinking it, your existing 4" system has so much overhead in terms of flow at your power level that adding a resinator shouldn't do squat. Gotta remember that CR truck was likely running a full 5" system, adding a resinator likely created a bottleneck. Your truck already has that bottleneck the hx35 already has a restrictive elbow on the back of it, then you jump to your 4". I am %100 sure the resinator is less of a restriction than the hx35 is.
  14. mileage seems on par with conditions. It doesn't take much braking and accelerating to eat up fuel.
  15. I am guessing something updated in arduino. you will have to update the code to work.
  16. The quad doesn't care about an ecm flash. You can install them side by side, just make sure you disable the quadzilla high idle.
  17. No with a properly tuned quad. Sxe https://www.dieselautopower.com/dap-screaming-eagle-sxe-fmw-2nd-gen-fit-62-68-12-t3-gated-hx40
  18. a modded cr flows air much more efficent than the vp's. It is not a 1:1 relationship. I doubt there is a 5 hp difference as the 4" is already way more than enough for 300 hp worth of exhaust.
  19. not at your power level. the hx35's isn't efficent enough to flow enough to make a 4" resonator an issue.
  20. 7 x .010's with a sxe 62/68/14 is a proven 500 hp setup that tows well.
  21. increase light load limit to %30 that tells the quad if you are under %30 load then use cruise timing otherwise use tow / performance timing. Then watch your cruise % and see if you are jumping above that %30 mark. Rolling over hill it should just jump out of cruise timing then come back quickly. I think mike says %5 over your desired cruise load.
  22. it looks like you are not getting into cruise timing reliably at your cruise state. Whats your current cruise timing limit % set at? What does your load report at your typical cruise speed / state?
  23. you might not be in the cruise timing area of the map depending on engine load at 70 mph. editing the tune might help some, but we will need to see a data log.
  24. You are working the truck pretty hard at 70 with that setup. The guys getting 20 mpg have stock height stock tires and are typically doing under 65.
