  1. I installed once of these rather than the provided fuse holder. that gave me a good connection. I am really not sure what the reprocussions of jumping the fuse might have been.
  2. @dieselautopower Get this man setup with a proper sxe turbo lol.
  3. I thought you said you blew up a 54 mm/? Doesn't change the fact that a box 66 turbo is a complete turd on a 2nd gen. the only thing you can do is run a fuel aggressive tune in the hopes of getting the turbo to light faster. by in far the most commonly used vp twin setup is a 62 /75 twin setup. The tunes people suggested for you wouldn't work well when trying to light a box 66 turbo. try this one
  4. that turbo is going to be a turd. Plain and simple. add large tires and it gets worse, add a 2nd turbo and it gets worse. your issue is your choice in turbos. That setup should be a 62/12cm^2 t3 with a 75mm over it.
  5. I think your issue is mainly in that 66 mm turbo. What are the full specs of the turbo? A box 66 turbo is a turd on a vp truck add a larger turbo on top and oyu have a really terrible setup. No amount of tuning will help. If your 66 is a T4 with a huge exhaust housing then it is going ot be a turd plain and simple.
  6. Does it just free spin in the positions it doesnt work?
  7. lol nope. last thing anyone wants is a automated process to slowly ramp down fuel. They call that runaway lolol. I did actually mess with it, and if you try and do something like that the ecm gets pissed and kills power to everything.
  8. 0-16 psi from ecm, 16 psi to whatever the sensor reads to is ecm+ sensor The sensor might read to 40 or it might read to 50 but officially 45 is about the max from the late trucks that is reliable.
  9. Get a mirror back there and verify you don't have a damaged map sensor. It's just a thread sensor so it either unthreads or it is damaged and will need to be pulled somehow.
  10. lol, for what it is worth the sensors max mapped psi is ~45 psi on 01/02's anything above that is not worth looking at.
  11. If you are happy now then just leave it until you are ready to make the next jump. Injectors and quadzilla should go together. The stock injectors and s03 are fine together, but once you need to control fueling the s03 reaches it's limit After injectors and quadzilla then look at turbos.
  12. The purchase is under your username. It will ship in the same manner as the original shipment. His email address is not linked to a purchase or in the system at all so an RMA can't happen under it in our system. It will ship tomorrow and a tracking number has been generated.
  13. dont mess with pop pressure unless you want to R&D it. Stock spec 7 x .010's will work great
  14. I just needed to know what user went with the switch so I can create the RMA ticket. It will process in your name.
  15. @Christolher we just got a support ticket from an email that is not linked to an account or a purchase and no name in the email. Is that you?
  16. The smarty is a smokey and limited tuner. It does not support your goals at all. the butt dyno says it adds a bunch of power, but it doesn't really on a vp truck. The quadzilla will do 2-3x the power with less smoke.
  17. @Christolher we haven't gotten an email yet, did you send one in?
  18. 600 hp vp is not a budget build 7 x ..010 injectors and a quad will get you to 500 if you have the right turbo.
  19. We did not get your support email. Did you get an auto response with a support ticket number? please email support@mopar1973man.com again and we will start the RMA process.
  20. The quadzilla is boost fooling the cts only can see up to that boost fooled limit. The cts is a waste of money, just use the iquad.
  21. If fueling and timing are maxed up top then you have a "high hp tune". Peak power doesn't change much only under the curve and drivablity.
  22. I need to do this.
  23. Do you have older V1 tuning or Newer v2 tuning? have you looked at the tune repository.
  24. air leak is possible. Remember the quad is using boost to tell it how much fuel to use. If the wastegate is opening then boost falls and so does fueling. You can tune the quad to overfuel, but my tunes dont typically do that.
  25. Use a second gauge and verify the reading. Could be the sensor or the Pump. Pretty huge pressure swings that appear erratic. Does it idle at steady pressure?
