  1. PDF is old. I should delete it, but you only get what you pay for lolol.
  2. @Quadzilla Power. Does the base flash have high idle enabled on lvl 0? @Thebeastxj00. Please consider ditching the pod and getting the iquad. The power of v2 is pointless If you can't tune with it.
  3. 204*f is the highest the ecm reports. Above 204* it sends out hex of 0, which translates to -40*f. Nature of the beast.
  4. What are you trying to gain would be my first question? DAP bought Quadzilla. The tuning has been rebuilt from the ground up to allow for much greater user control. Which leads us to the " is it really that good?" That depends on what you are looking to gain. I DD'd 7 x .0120 injectors with a he351ve turbo using the fueling control. it passed emissions with a lower opacity output than the smarty on 1/2 mode, but it also put down WAY more power. Do you want direct control over fueling and timing? If yes, then the quadzilla is good.
  5. Same driver set just don't try to flash the v2 flash file.
  6. Post codes and live data readings from your sensors. Connect to an actual code scanner not just the key trick. It could be a number of things, vp44, grids, injectors, air leaks.
  7. Did you read the flashing guide in the quadzilla section? https://mopar1973man.com/topic/12025-how-do-i-manually-install-the-quadzilla-driver-load-the-quadzilla-v2-tune-on-windows-10-8-7/
  8. shoulds like a good choice. I am in the same boat, I dont have much desire to tinker with the new truck. It pulls worlds better than my 2nd gen could dream off. It drives at 75 without trying to kill you. it is quite and nice to be inside of
  9. the shift shaft is in that area. I would be looking at the bushing that the rod sits in. that can get bumped out of it's holder and cause issues with not knowing what gear you have selected or not getting fully in gear. Check out the part # lookup tool page 429 part 3 in the diagram.
  10. 3200 miles? ouch for the PO lol. Nice looking truck. as for the headlight upgrade on the quadlights, I would do a retrofit before going with the OEM halogen projectors. The cost of the retrofit stuff is less than the cost of sourcing the oem parts, plus you get better optics and Xenons and or LEDS.
  11. Please post a datalog of the issue.
  12. The shuttering will be less as bad, Nature of the beast. but nothing is wrong other than the fact that the quadzilla doesn't have free rev maps
  13. Post the tune and a datalog of the issue.
  14. The quad will very likely cause popping during free rev is your level is above 1. The timing map of the quad is not expecting free rev condition. you would need a good bit of timing during free rev, the lack of load makes it hard to do so. I never wrote a routine to handle this because it isn't important to fix. It would need another map and to somehow watch for low load and some throttle. It would just be messy. Easy fix is just not to free rev. manual trucks do it way worse than auto trucks given that the weight of the TC makes enough load to not have issues.
  15. I would let quad fix it in house so they can verify and not have guess work involved.
  16. without the fueling control the quad offers he would be smokey, but the quad does a very good job at managing fueling. I don't think smoke will be an issue. the hx40 wouldn't be my first choice, but it does flow enough air to keep the 7 x .011's perfectly happy.
  17. I bet money your issue is right there with all the tune loading stuff...
  18. Depending on the truck and the setup it is pretty normal. dont worry about it.
  19. dont free rev, problem solved the quad wont do much to help this.
  20. I dont remember a LI flash feature code. @Quadzilla Power is there an official V2 now days?
  21. @dieselautopower @Quadzilla Power help the guy out. something aint right.
  22. I doubt the tuner corrupted the ecm, likely just flashed it 1 to many times over the course of it's life.
  23. Sounds like the memory in the ecm gave up the ghost.
