Lets see what guns you "don't own" :shifty:
I know Colorado is coming as they are already following other policies from California. I guess I need to stock up on ammo and get reloading supplies while I can...

in oregon you might have that case. They are trying to pass some REALLY tight laws. things like limit on how many rounds you can buy a month when not at a shooting range. 1. storage law requiring you to lock up your gun when not in use. 2. limit mags to 5 rounds 3. limit ammo purchases to less than 20 round per month when not at a gun range who sell it. 4. use required permit to limit gun purchase to 1 rifle or shotgun and one pistol within 30 days 5. if sheriff wants he can deny the permit based on "reasonable doubt" 6. owner of gun could be held responsible for a theft stealing his gun and using it on someone. But don't worry you can still use your gun for self defense provided you have bullets and you can get it out of your safe before it is too late.

there is no limit currently on mag size. My new gun only holds 5, 1 in the camber 4 in the mag, but that is due to the design of it and various hunting laws state to state.

Quad struggles
This covers how to update What is the build date in your data log? you may not need to update the box. it has been a really long time since a data update was done requiring the box be updated.

Quad struggles
No there isn't just the iquad app and the box under the hood. Do you see a tune load process bar on connection? If yes, Does it say there are errors? If no, update the app in the play store. I have never seen a 98-02 v2 profile. Something is odd there, I checked the current vehicle profile list and I dont have it. That leads me to believe your device is somehow storing ghost info. very odd

High idle kit issue
Email support@mopar1973man.com and we will get a new switch out to you. I have been looking at the recent issues that have come up and it appears that the batch of rotary switches are causing issues. I have since adjusted my testing to ensure that the rotary switch is in good shape.

Code 0216. Fuel Timing pressure
sounds like gelled fuel. I wouldn't worry yet, wait tell it warms up, if possible and try again. you can use a heater under the hood also.

I can see myself getting out hand with reloading.

I like the idea of reloading, but I dont like the idea of becoming an "expert" in another area of life. I already do more than I would like lol

Yea it is right on the edge for me. It is fine for deer at 200-300 yards and elk at sub 150 yards of course with good placement. Most of the Elk hunting we do here is at ~50 yards anything further than that is not possible due to limited sight lines. I like the 7 08 but the cost per round is a little high compared to others. Big thing I want is for my Wife to enjoy picking out a gun and build it how she wants to and enjoy shooting it. the 270 wasn't that gun for her. half way thinking to step her up to a 6.5 as she didn't have issues with my gun however I think a 243 would suit her well. regardless still mulling it over. having 2 6.5's would make ammo control easier and might start reloading etc.

Alt. Ground mod?
There is a simplified article, did you hear that?

Lets see what guns you "don't own" :shifty:
Well the good news is it is a tack driver. set the scope to 0's on elevation and windage took 2 rounds to zero at 25 yard, then 5 clicks for elevation at 100 yards and 1 click at 200 to make it set at zero. After that it was gong after gong at 300 yards. The 6.5 Creedmoor is a nice round. very easy to shoot off hand. I will easily be able to hit the kill zone at 200 yards offhand. Easily do sub moa at 300 yards. Gonna try and stretch it out to 500 in the next couple weeks. The bad news is my wife doesn't like how the 270 shoots. It is a little much for her to enjoy shooting, so I sold the 270 to a friend and we are searching for a .243 now.

Value my truck gonna sell
It would be hard to sell a 2wd here, but value I could see 4-6k if you have documents on maintence history and everything is in order when I looked at it. mileage and 2wd would be the biggest issue. I am guessing you will sit on it for awhile while the right buyer comes along.

Big change in my life...
You can donate to the site if you feel better. The coat to transfer from PayPal balance to bank account is %2 or something.
-
Big change in my life...
If those people tell 2 friends and those people tell 2 friends and those people tell 2 friends.
- Hello

Big change in my life...
Yep I have been thinking about that. 2 things need to happen. I need to put a banner up, and then people who do donate should share on any social media to their other truck friends who have benifited from Mikes work. the banner is up for visitors in the articles section

I think GoFundMe got a bad rap. the fee they charge is actually just the cost that the CC company charges to process the payment from people. they operate via dontations to keep the site alive. when you donate you can throw a buck their way in the checkout.

Quadzilla v2 installed, now oil pressure gage not working
Guessing what happened if someone got a little heavy on the fun pedal and it caused a spike in oil pressure, which blew out the sensor.... Only guessing that is the case because I may have done the Exact same thing lolololol

Big change in my life...
Thanks! Even a buck is something. It doesn't take much from a community to do something huge.

Big change in my life...
I thought of that as well, but the site requires you be a member to donate and we see a lot of push back for that via facebook etc. ALOT of people visit the articles and never sign up. gofundme takes under %3 and offers a better platform for "sharing" I feel dirty for saying that. We would also have to seperate out the donation goals in the system to keep server upkeep $ seperate to helping mike wiht medical bills. that adds another level of compexity on top of the above. Good thought though.
