High idle kit triggering p0500
P0500 is not related to anything the high idle switch touches. My guess is there is another code that you are not seeing. put in a support ticket to support@mopar1973man.com with details and when you ordered it and we will get you setup.

Lets see what guns you "don't own" :shifty:
I am waiting on a case trimmer to come in before I can reload most of my brass. I will give your recommendation a go before I start reloading higher quanity.

Nope, I have a friend with one. Hornady load data, nothing fancy. Trying to mirror the factory bullet.

It only took 2 weeks to get to this point, but I have reloaded a few rounds lolol. $.55 cents a round compared to $1.30-$1.60 per round.......that is if you ignore the upfront cost of the reloading stuff Wifes Rifle ready sight in. guess I have to take her hunting now lol

Another Quadzilla question
never less than 7 x .010's if you are going with a quad. The 7 x .010's are a perfect match for an hx35 without wiretap leaving. Tuning first is a good idea that's it unless you want fuel pressure as well. They dont include that by default as most guys already have a mech fp gauge.,

Another Quadzilla question
V2 is the base tune on all of the units now HOWEVER you cannot custom tune with the pod you need the Iquad setup to custom tune. Dont bother getting the quad if you aren't going to get the iquad to tune with it. It works with windows 10 if you need to reflash the box, otherwise you use your andriod device as a screen.

you should be able to take any of my large injector tunes and run them without much work.

Quad struggles
There are known issues with samsung devices not allowing Iquad to open the tune file. For guys that have this issue they have to create the file manually in the app. Beyond that I am not sure, I did not have any part in the app development so I am not the guy to answer techincal questions on it.

depends on your budget. If you are on a budget it is hard to beat DAP or DFI. I have ran sets of both for many miles with no issues on either. If you want hte best of the best then infinite and Haley are good.

DDP are known to be dirty and hot. we see this alot " why can't I clean up DDP / Why so hot" what ends up happening is the end user ditches the DDP injectors, I know it hurts as they are hugely $$, and getting new injectors. Pop wont help the injectors much as they use marine nozzles rather than street application nozzles. as for timing scaling. the below chart is an example. both settings pull the same amount of overall timing at %100 tps input 0 psi boost, but the higher timing lower scaling reaches that 2.5* of pull faster related to tps input.

DAP Injector Upgrade 7 x 0.010 @ 320 Bar
The edge only adds fueling on top of stock. You can drive around smoke, plenty of guys do. not something I prefer. on the upper end of the rpm band it should be fine with smoke assuming you aren't running the snot out of wiretap settings on the edge.

sounds like poor injectors. My 7 x .-012's started at %64 and was smoke free.- DAP Injector Upgrade 7 x 0.010 @ 320 Bar
7 x .010's give you a solid 400hp worth of fuel without wiretap. Wiretap is great for high rpms and getting peak fueling, but it is hard to control. with larger injectors you can run much lower duration to get the same overall power. The shorter duration means you are injecting all your fuel at a specific point in time. When you think about timing for example, A big injector with low duration means you are injecting your fuel right where you want it. Example you might be injecting all your fuel between 20* BTDC - 15* BDTC A small injector with long duration means you are injecting your fuel across a very broad area of the crank rotation. Example you might be injecting all your fuel between 20* BTDC - 5* ADTC- Just Installed Quad, now throwing P1693
it overwrites the existing flash with a flash the smarty has loaded on the unit that is "stock"- DAP Injector Upgrade 7 x 0.010 @ 320 Bar

if you have ever loaded the s03 on the truck the truck still has high idle enabled, regardless of if you remove the tune or not. The s03 leaves high idle enabled no matter what.- Quadzilla Adrenaline Economy and MPG
the smaller injector tunes.- Just Installed Quad, now throwing P1693
if you have loaded a s03 on the truck it still has high idle enabled. Dont use OEM high idle and the quadzilla high idle together they dont play well sometimes. you can make a switch or buy one.- Just Installed Quad, now throwing P1693
Meh don't care about high idle on the new truck. It does it itself kinda sometimes if it is cold. Good enough- Just Installed Quad, now throwing P1693
g56 trucks dont have that feature sadly.- Just Installed Quad, now throwing P1693
