There are 4 different large injector tunes I see, they all say 7 x .011 or bigger What tune are you running? they show injector size in the description currently.

It should be your first stop. It is a hugely powerful feature. Also I would not be using a "big injector" tune on a truck with 7 x .009's the big injector tunes are designed for 200 + hp injectors

data log the issue. data log the issue. data log the issue. If you ANY issue with your tune, datalog it happening and look at the log.

its a standard mini usb. I dont see how a mechanical whining noise could be related to the quadzilla.

you should always have the ablity to flash your box. however it isn't causing your issues. 1st, don't free rev. it serves no purpose and there is no maps in the quadzilla as it is not important. Tune on the road. 2nd the quad doesn't do anything at idle state unless you have quadzilla high idle enabled. Since you have oem high idle, dont enable quadzilla high idle. tune your truck, the base tune is not meant to be a great tune, it is meant to be safe across the board. What do you mean whining noise? Is it coming from your speakers or is it mechanical?

xzt flash win 10
What you describe is what happens when oem high idle tries to kick on while the quad high idle is active.
-
xzt flash win 10
Don't disable oem high idle. It works better. Disable the quad high idle.

Quadzilla help
Yep it is bridged right. The newer flashes are much smoother handoff of fueling. However I would want to fix the map not reading until higher psi. I would get an oem sensor from geno's as for your timing curve. Make sure you are maxing out timing up top, you will gain a large amount of power doing so. I would do 16,19,23,27,30 or something similar to that. you can use the throttle reduct = 5* to pull timing down low and offset the 1500 rpm mark

Quadzilla help
I would check the pin inside the box before replacing the sensor.
-
Quadzilla help
likely has to do with the sharp drop in fueling that happens at 1000rpm, going from stock down to your 0 psi setting.
-
Quadzilla help
how to update verify your jumper setting inside the box is set for a late truck rather than early.

Quadzilla help
Why is your map sensor only reading 0 psi all the time? Do you ever see boost come above 0 psi? The quad is not getting the inputs it needs to fuel at all. That's likely your issue. you should also update the box under the hood. The flash is from 2017. There are big improvements since that point.

Quadzilla help
Sounds like the ecm and quad fighting for control. The quad doesn't take over until that 1000 rpm mark. Post a datalog of the issue. It could also be too much timing. When's the last time you updated the box under the hood?

Anyone know anything about this turbo
The s200 is a fine turbo for your goals. it should be happy at just under 400 hp. The he351 turbos flow ~67 lb/min if I remember right and they are good for the 400 mark without heat issues.

Cylinder pressure
the eb isn't even close to the amount of pressure that happens when combustion happens.

Reloading Thread
Figured I should start another thread about reloading to keep things seperate. I believe @AH64ID said heused berger bullets? what has brought you to them? I am currently using hornady eld-x for my hunting rounds, but I have heard a lot about bergers. Berger is pretty proud of their stuff though $$

Weird readings on quadzilla part 2:temperature boogaloo
%100 normal. At some point in the late 90's there was a meeting. for some reason they decided to not allow higher than that on the engine bus, but they did on the obd and ccd bus. I dont understand why, but it is the way it is.

Quadzilla control pod
he only had the control pod, he does not have the iquad so he can't custom tune or setup custom values for things like high idle.
