have you done a boost leak test? Why did you replace the turbo? What mods? any codes and do you have anything to read sensor data?

7 x .010's or .011's with a 62 inducer would get you to 500 and spool pretty dang fast.

you are seeing a pcm report on chris's tool. There is also a level of rounding in place when everything is pushed through .

using 95.7 will do math of 1/1 * mph from ecm.

7x .010's are good mutli use injectors. they can flow enough for 500+ hp and you dont have to tune them into submission

how are you comparing the superchips timing to the quads? without logging of sorts I wouldn't be betting on anything.

old quad said 8* was pushing it on those old tunes. fueling it is hard to mess anything up. I would update to new tuning and the iquad.

DDP's are known to be smokey. you are also using tuning that is %100 above oem duration. the quadzilla allowed me to pull duration down to offset the large injectors.

given the logging industry in that area I would think there would be a large number of good shops near you.

most injection shops should be able to. Thunder bay should have a shop for sure.

youtube is your friend. Sure looks like a failing vp44 OR VERY bad injectors. got a place that can pop test injectors local to you?

look at the number plate on the engine.

sounds like someone swapped a 01-02 engine into your truck. I would verify what engine your truck has 1st

Yep big injectors make a world of difference, but some tuning will really help get the full package. Those videos I have I was pulling ~%30 duration offidle. The truck was no faster with or without smoke.
