  1. Hello. Can you please forward a screenshot of the screen overlapping and or any other issues you are experiancing to our tech email so we can look into the issues? tech@quadzillapower.com Thank you.
  2. It would be a very easy change to make. However, we have a customer base, and documentation, that is familiar and accustomed to the current jargon. Adding descriptions to each variable is doable, but would be a large app update. We will definitely look into it and see what we can do!
  3. @mrbagsyota As of right now it seems it is only affecting you. We haven't had any other reports of it not working, nor have we been able to replicate it. We reached out to the developers as well, and it doesn't look like the update affected the app. Have you uninstalled the app and reinstalled, as we spoke about yesterday? Did that help?
  4. @Mopar1973Man Glad you figured it out! At least it was an easy and free fix. We see it all the time where a poor power/ground connection will screw everything up, but a lot of the time it is the last place we look.
  5. We have been without power and internet for the past couple of days since a wind storm ripped through northern Utah. @Sean tyler We have responded to your multiple emails regarding where/how to buy an iQuadBT, how to connect to the iQuadBT, what tuner you have, and how to reset your Adrenaline. A tune must be uploaded through your smart device. Give us a call, and we will be happy to help you further.
  6. @Mopar1973Man We will definitely take a look at this. Have you noticed a performance decrease, or just getting the message?
  7. Are you on power level 0?
  8. As @Mopar1973Man said, it is most likely a MAP sensor issue! The diagnostics tab on the iQuad app is only functional for some of the later Common Rail trucks that plug into the OBDII port.
  9. We just sent you an email. It would probably be best to have you send in both of your modules for testing so we can get to the bottom of your issues. @Tatteddad3116 Unfortunately, the processor on your Adrenaline (for 2006-2007 Cummins) was damaged. The actual iQuadBT was fully functional, it just wasn't getting proper voltage to power on.
  10. @Steezy If you have 5v and good ground going to the iQuad then there could be an issue with the iQuad module itself. Would you mind sending it in for testing/warranty? We sent you an email with further details. Thank you
  11. @Cowboyup72490 Would you mind taking a screen recording of the process you are going through? There was an issue with this, but the latest update should have eliminated the issue. Thank you
  12. @Otto8335 @Me78569 The app has been updated and this issue has been fixed! Thank you for your patience
  13. @Otto8335 We hope to have it fixed by next week! Thank you for your patience
  14. @Me78569 @Otto8335 We were able to replicate this issue on iOS13 and are fixing it now!
  15. @Me78569 We haven't run into this issue yet, and the iPhone has always been trickier to get tunes imported. What iPhone/OS is this happening on?
  16. @kzimmer We will do some more testing on our side and see if we can fix this issue in our next update. Sorry for the delayed response!
  17. @Ravewolf We strongly recommend not making a "lope tune". Although, it can be done utilizing the pump tap parameters it can damage your truck and is not really driveable. Thank you
  18. Hi @kzimmer, Have you tried updating to the latest version of the app? We have been working to solve this issue, and believe the latest update should fix this problem! Thank you
  19. @DKfummins Me78569 is right, by being on power level 0 the Adrenaline is still apart of the equation as it is boost fooling. When we tested the board, I bench tested it to see if the boost fooler circuit was functioning and changing the input voltage correctly. However, I also threw it on a truck to see if boost levels were reading consistently, and they were. I am at a loss as well as to what it could be, and am leaning towards the ECM providing a false output.
  20. Hi @kzimmer, Unfortunately the minimum defuel parameter of 23psi cannot be changed as of right now, but for our future update we can definitely change it! Thanks,
  21. @Mopar1973Man Thank you for the suggestions! We are working on development and are definitely working on the concerns mentioned above. As for the connection issues, we are looking at extending the iQuad connector so that it can be kept inside the cab. We have seen that it performs better when closer!
  22. Is your power level being reset after you key off and back on? If so, it could be that your Adrenaline is losing power and resetting everything. The gallon trip requires that the unit not lose power in order to keep track of the usage. Other than that, the only thing we've been able to find is that the app may be doing it, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
  23. @Mopar1973Man We are still only sending out boards with V2.7.7. However the V2.8.5 is available for download!
