  1. Look up Dually Depot in Elkhart IN.What mike is showing does'nt have ports for fuel return to proper tank(don't want to draw from aux tank and return to main tank)I think the one i have has 5 or 6 ports,and a switch mounted under my dash to switch tank(and signal for fuel gauge).Some guys used to run aux tank line into overflow port of main tank,just needed to make sure cap was on tight,when fuel gauge started to move you knew you were using fuel from main tank(aux tank was empty).
  2. There's a bolt that holds the cam that operates the rods to unlatch,mines got loose a few times,put some loctite on it a tighten it up.It'll work like new.
  3. I think the big reason i felt such a difference was the fact that i had 780k on my injectors,any NEW injectors would have made a big increase in power.
  4. Does'nt have any LEDS just a jumper to switch.But i did finally get around to testing the data connector for Voltage and had none,futher inspection found broken wire.Sure going to be a pain to get a short piece of wire soldiered on in that location:mad:,finding a pin should be no problem.

  6. $1500 for block,$1000 bearing,rings gaskets,$400 to have head done(and a week of my time) No issue's since(with engine)
  7. I did,but only because the block cracked(a 53) that was at 453k (block cracked at 425k)long story(original hard parts,new rings,bearings,head job:woot:). But any way did'nt start pulling hard until the mid 300's.
  8. Truck started not only hard, but funny,(like having to crack 3 injector lines),but would'nt catch after lines were closed. Checked codes,P0602 came up,cleared,no problem since.What could have caused this?:banghead:

  11. Thats were i got the idea to do this was his website. I just made a rough cover,need to make or have a nice cover made out of maybe thin diamond plate aluminum. The stick itself that came with mine was not usable in my truck,so i cut it and brazed the curved section of my NV5600 shifter to it so i could just screw back on my stick.
  12. All the parts are easy to get,trans is full syncro. Mine's 2wd, you would have to figure adapting to Tranfer case:shrug:

Took off shrink wrap,that wire goes back into unit:cry:Edge e-mailed me back to try different jumper settings to narrow it down.Probly have to send it in,then buy a new one at discounted price.Try to milk them for the best deal through:evilgrin:,use the Hypertech is just as good ploy(which seat of pants it is),hope nobody on here works for them:whistle:

It does but only has jumpers to change power setting,no LED lights. actually plugged my Hypertech back after disconnecting the Edge,seat of pants not much difference.I had run original injectors to 780k replaced with some RV275 and plugged in the Edge(after deprogramming the Hypertech back to stock)but really don't feel a big difference.

Think i found problem,this plugs into MAP and routes through edge unit and Map to ECM Plug connects to edge(thats what must advance timing/fool boost code) other plug(not shown) connects to data link from harness to supply power.One wire between MAP plug to MAP to Edge has no continuity:pray:this is the problem.[ATTACH=CONFIG]2509[/ATTACH]

  22. Bought a used Edge EZ a few months back,worked fine then all of a sudden quit. Is there any thing I can test other than for a broken wire before I send it in.
  23. Probly should contact your states AG dept Division of weights and measures, the pump is probly off in your favor and the station in losing revenue.
  24. Driving habit? Are those tires oversize?throwing off odometer/overhead mileage calculator:shrug:.
