Moving to almost the great white north.
I've rented a few different ones with a hoe on back and the Kabota had more power in the hydralics. I'm glad your going new as I've seen others get the shaft in repairs. The front bucket on the Deere seemed a bit weak at times. Not bad but sometimes you could see it twist a little.

Moving to almost the great white north.
We accidentally snuck up on a Grizzly once. It gets the adrenalin and heart pumping real good. We were lucky, we startled that bear so bad he ran away but stopped 30 feet away, stood up and turned around and we both looked at each other. Man, what a big head, very tall. He looked very bewildered. Don't think he ever had a human get that close. I very slowly turned around and walked away. I did this move so slow and relaxed, sort of like sending body language I was not afraid and acted so relaxed making an effort to express that he was an everyday thing . I even walked with baby steps but not over doing it. He never came after me and my wife was already up a steel stairway far ahead of me.

Intermediate steering shaft
I put in a RedHead steering gear just to be contrary and that way I can keep track of how long its holds up compared to Blue Top. It might stay good for a long time.... I'll be reporting on that when I'm hundred an eight hopefully. You don't have to pay tax on your Social security after 100 yrs old so I hope I make it.

Pilothouse/RAM3500 build
Wow PilotHouse, that's really something. Very ambitious. Are you going to model the rear door for a door gasket for front door seal?

Losing power? Cutting out?
take apart both grounds in front of the drivers battery. One down low on the fender kinda hard to see but moving the wires youll see it there. Use couple long extensions to get it loose and clean/ sand it up. The other is about half way up kind of on the fender in front of the battery. Those are important grounds right there. I would say your symptoms are related to grounding issues, but like anything else you never know for sure.

Losing power? Cutting out?
Yes you have an electrical issue, not fuel related. I know little about electrical but a few guys found the big white connector about over the middle of the cowl was not connected all the way and solved their problems by reconnecting that. Are your batteries all in nice clean shape and are of equal age and voltage? Have you checked to see if the ECM connector is in good shape, each pin etc.? I saw this happen on my old first gen when I found the mechanic broke off a ground terminal. He quickly stuffed it between two parts holding the radiator. To lazy to strip the wire and put another terminal on, it wasn't grounding. Yours I think is bad connection somewhere. Shots in the dark..... Whats it do when you unhook the Quadzilla? Get load tested on those batteries. Is the AirDog powered by the ECM factory lift pump connector? Supposed to be powered by the batteries with a relay. How many miles on the AirDog? If it's putting a excess load on the ECM because of it's age and it's powered by the ECM that's a recipe for destroying the ECM. Do you have fuel pressure gauge?

Armored 2nd Gen...just in case
I'm not a mechanic unless I get to meet this here Dr. Sam Bailey. Can I borrow the 06 so I look like one!? If you guys take time listen real close to her, she has done the research and is very highly educated. She exposes the hype and bs of everything with the so called pandemic. It is amazing the amount of disregard for science that has been pulling the wool over everyone's eyes from the very beginning.

quad and emissions test?
Some weather geeks are claiming that brown clouds from China are making their way over to the U,S. You can see them once in awhile on the satellite pictures. Another person with a home on the beach in Oregon, 3 years ago claims he could smell bad air coming in from across the ocean.

Losing power? Cutting out?
very rare but a possibility that the tank vent is clogged and the fuel flow gets interrupted. See how she does with the fuel cap loose. I was right on, only once about this on another forum. But hey its not expensive to try and see.

Discussion about when and where.....
I didn't know the cover was so close to the tank. Make sure the tank mounting clips are solid before covering up. Stainless screws are good. Can you insulate the tank bottom with rigid foam sheeting and then cover with something that will bend and conform over it all? Galvanized sheet metal?

I think she is the real thing..... wish she had a broken second gen..... i'd go repair it for her. She is absolutely terrific, first rate.

Armored 2nd Gen...just in case
For real news, actually a week spent on the research before she places any story on You Tube...... Her Name is Dr. Sam Bailey, very intelligent, does the reading and real math in order to report the truth with proper perspectives. She is a very great person with a refreshing honesty. I think she is on her way up thru the ranks. I just hope she never gets poisoned by all the phoney baloney that is so prevalent today. In fact there is so much BS today it is even camoflaged with a sophisticated bent perspective that ,they themselves often believe. The real pandemic is the bs and deaths caused by unfounded restrictions supported by bent statistics and improper comparitive math. She can explain it so well you need to listen to her because you will never know how much poison we are being fed until you do. Maybe someone could link it for me.

Armored 2nd Gen...just in case
You see the real problem is IBMobile's sign he puts out front,''I BUY GOLD and SILVER'', he's running out of room to bury all the carnage, but the crime rate has dropped in his area. Just the fact that most of us own guns helps America and keeps the crime rates down.

Discussion about when and where.....
Aluminum diamond plate under there? I can see the thin stuff conforming somewhat to an uneven area if screwed in place properly. Just a thought Boss and no listening to Dieselfuture's beer can and screws idea either No screws where the tank is.... Ya know..... I think Dieselfuture said he has an all aluminum trailer but did not say its an Airstream..... Gee, I wonder why

When Biden Talks about Global Warming...
I worry if they push the Green Machine the Gov't will be so far bankrupt they will have to shut down. I hope it doesn't mean those on social security have to move to a homeless camp while those in charge live in a walled off razor wired mansion all paid for by us. The green deal will be too expensive with no way to enforce it when they have to shut down. Best thing we can all do is to pray for all Americans.... that this contention for one another stop..... that we have wisdom enough see the log in our own eye before seeing only the splinter in your neighbors' eye.

Pilothouse/RAM3500 build
While test driving second gen trucks I remember the cabs that did not have the rear door for the extended cab and you had to fold the seat forward to climb in, the cabs had less flexing and felt more solid like if you got broadsided would be safer for everyone. Just a thought there Bud. You gonna sell me that truck when done right? Right!

It's that I can't understand how both doors will marry together when closed, being they curve away from each other at the top.

quad and emissions test?
I say let the Dems go ahead with their lawless direction, give them free rein to legislate more division of the people, let them express their constant contention and thereby lack of true leadership. Perhaps then after 4 years the people will have their fill and wake up.

quad and emissions test?
Wil, I know they cannot shut down real cars/trucks in next few years. They need a new sources of electricity and will take 50 yrs to get to the level of infrastructure needed to support everyone. There simply is not enough electrical sources to substitute oil. Nuclear waste, battery waste are all problems that will run to an overwhelming scale. They ain't getting rid of us greasers any time soon.

Haystack Mountain
They defunded the police so everyone calls @IBMobile. He has a small jail cell in the 5vr for those that don't social distance and refuse to wear a mask.

Winter blues
I can't wait to get going camping again. It's a good time to go being it's not crowded and a great place for any activity. World class hiking is how it's written up about the area. I am glad I started going there when young enough to get up in some high country. It's really beautiful there. Now my legs and hips may not let me get so far up to the high meadow again. Amazing place. One great thing..... riding my mtn. bike doesn't bother me if not a strenious hard ride.

Please send some prayers to Wet Vette (Eileen)
You got my prayers coming from Western, oregon. Hope she gets better and finds out it's just something simple.

quad and emissions test?
They can shut it all down but, no one will enforce it. The Gov't is out of touch with reality. Not many work or run a business so they too far left and off the wall that they will be left behind placing restrictions and fines while the rest of us ignore the insanity and work and do good like always. It will be civil disobedience to such a scale as never seen before with no way to enforce their craziness. BTW, I vote wil440 to be our leader.
