I just got my replacement injector yesterday since one of them from the original 6 was causing a severe miss at idle, like the pop off pressure wasn't set right. I put the injector in my 01 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins HO 6 speed 4x4 that I bought 12/5/2020, and it doesn't miss now, but it lopes like it has a cam in it. Unbeknownst to me as this is my 1st HO Cummins (my two previous were '99 Ram 2500 Cummins with a 47RE trans and SO VP44 pumps. I just found out that my Industrial Injection VP pump that is on my pickup when I bought it, is the HO pump. Finally, the injectors came on Thursday. I waited till Saturday to come home so I've got the weekend to install the new injectors. Very clean looking injectors, fresh copper washers already supplied. I currently have the injectors below in my sig, but i have been considering going bigger. I would like to go up on turbo soon, and i would like to know what the best injector option would be. I have my original stock injectors that could be rebuilt with larger nozzles as well. Would there be significant cost savings by going this route? if i sent them in, can DAP rebuild and flow and pop test everything? I will most likely be going with a larger single, but i have been looking at compound kits, so i am not set on a particular turbo yet either.

Random question and trying to gather info. Is it possible to get a set of injectors custom made? Like take a set of your 8x.009 (125hp)injectors and get a set made larger like 8x.0105 or 8x.011? Also is there any benefit to having multiple sized holes on one injector like 4x.012 and 4x.008 (just random numbers)? Get the benefit of finer spray with the smaller nozzles, and penetration of a larger holes for boost and rpm.. Has anyone seen the Bosch injector flap? The issue seems to be surrounding who is authorized to market and sell Bosch and BMS injectors and/or use the Bosch name in their marketing. Seems like some vendors are being implicated as using fraudulent methods in selling Bosch and/or BMS. Hello @Quadzilla Power, I would like to try the staging flash file for controlled boosted launches (low boost). The problem is, the app limits the Boost Defuel option to minimum 23 PSI. That's way high for my intentions. I would like to set this to around 10 psi. Can this limit be lowered? Thank you, -Kole

I've got to publicly announce this. I've got to say "Thank You Jacob and @dieselautopower!" Since he's been keeping in touch with me with the Quadzilla and other things.
