I've been reading a lot on here about the quadzilla getting comfortable on tuning it with the new setup. We are moving to Montana from New Mexico pulling a 30ft trailer with all the house things. I'm trying to find the best tune for fuel mileage without losing too much power for pulling the hills. I'm new to it so any information would be awesome. I have 7x.009 injectors with a s475 lower and a phatshaft upper i can't quite remember the turbo size I'll look it up and get it though.

So I put a quadzilla on my truck today and I fell like it has more power but it wont smoke at all even on level 10 so I'm not sure of its hooked up right or maybe the wire tap to the pump isnt I. All the way I have no idea

Hello. I'm new member here and I'm located in Finland. I have Quadzilla tuner in my 98 24V. It's older 1000 series version with iquad. Is it possible to update it somehow to v2 version?? I would like to fine tune my truck more. Thank you.

So I followed the steps the one guy on here does through the computer but when I get to the last step it won’t find my module it just says keep searching then a box pops up saying unable to find module or something along this lines just need help so I can get the quadzilla to work properly.

I am on the road today haven’t had a chance to stop and check but my quad is showing 48psi at idle and the quad stays in power level 0 Beside a wire could my MAP sensor be dead? When I get home I will look under the hood.

Good afternoon guys, so im needing some insight on some issues with my quad 4k box. At the end of June I sent my std module and pulse monitor in to be upgraded. Upon receiving them back from quad, I hooked the module back up and checked out the updated parameters on the pulse. I created a custom tune took the truck for a quick drive and immediately noticed some popping and that the truck would not turn more than 3450-3500 rpms. I pulled some timing, that fixed the popping up top but the truck still refuses to turn more than 3500 rpms. (I've adjusted the rpm limiter as much as possible). What am I missing? Since I updated to 2.7 my engine speed has been off. It changes, but it's about 15mph higher than actual. It's not the app as I tried downgrading it and it made no difference. Around the same time I saw my fuel pressure was 16-18 where it had been 12-14 before. I thought maybe there had been a bad connection and plugging the plug back in showed a more true pressure reading. Today I was taking my son to daycare and it showed 60psi as my fuel pressure. That scared me a little so while driving I shut the engine off for a sec then keyed it back on (manual trans) and it started running again. Got the Quadzilla in and working. Just playing with the V2 tune and I noticed improvement in my EGTs as the power level went up. I was told that someone on this forum had a "Mileage tune" that also lowered EGTs. Anyone willing to share that?

This post is focused more so towards @Me78569 ... I need to find an answer to a value here. In the timing EQ sliders the max timing value. I've found out you can limit your reach of the cruise timing with this value. Now does it limit the reach of the performance timing too? I need to know the reach of this value and what it caps out.

This morning my Quad started acting up a bit and I am confused on what to do. While in transit to a the jobsite the transmission gauge on the screen of my phone was going jumping all around on readings. It would go to 185-195 down to 0 back up to 160 then to 10. It was all over the place. I checked the wire to the transmission, which was good and nothing near hot sources. The other issue was I have the turbo cool down set for 180 and its been working great until this morning. Now it does not work at all. It shows its "ON" when I look at the settings. I am confused on that one also?? Any suggestions on what to do?? Thanks, Steve

Talked with @Quadzilla Power today about the 2.7 beta -> final move. We both decided that the boost offset feature was causing more trouble than it was worth. we have reverted how the late model trucks read boost to using the 13 psi offset. The way the truck drives is perfectly fine if idle psi is 0, 1, or 2 psi. It is annoying but trying to solve the issue just complicates things more than most are willing to work with. the mpg trip and mpg meter + improved handoff stayed in place. I know I have said this a few times, but I think V2 tuning is wrapped up and done done. Now onto V3 kidd…
