Been searching all morning and can not find a reputable company to buy from. I'd like a complete cluster overlay prolly white cause that seems the most common and easy to read. Anyone have these or know where to buy from?

I had replaced all inner and outer tie rods, sleeves, pitman arm, and idler arm as all are worn out... I did alignment at my work (during after work time). sometime when I was driving on highway or road, hit the uneven or bump, I could feeling a pop.. it make me feel like upper or lower ball joint start to wear out? I did replaced the shocks (all fours)... I did test the stabilizer links- it is tight.. the front end tires are show no wear problems... it is independent front suspension...

When the temp outside is below 40 deg or so my ABS light will stay off. I drive 50 miles to work daily. If it gets above 50 degrees or so then the ABS and Brake light will come on. Anyone have any ideas as to why this might act this way? I have replaced the rear wheel sensor but not the front wheel sensors. Thanks in advance.

Just a few questions: Who has made a screen to catch bugs behind the grill? I am getting alot of bugs stuck in the radiator and a/c coil behind the grill. If you have made one what did you use, and does it work well? Also, does anyone run a winter cover? I know it's not winter now but are they necessary in the winter? I'm in N.W. Ohio and the past couple winter's haven't been all that bad. Just want to be prepared if I would need it. One last question- My '01 is a basic model, no bells and whistles. It has the openings in the front bumper for factory fog lights but nothing in there. Just a large opening. Is there something I could place in there or i…

Hey guys I just got a iQuad Zila adrenaline with the V2 default tune I just have a couple questions the first one being my transmission slip percentage jumps from anywhere from 3% to 60% when I’m cruising at 40mph It stays at 20% when you turn the truck on it stays at 100%.This leads me to believe something is wrong in a sensor? I have a deep pan with a upgraded torque converter the guy before me said it was billed past that but as I have not dropped the transmission I don’t know if you’re sure but it shifts good TC lock up is solid. Second question would be My fuel psi it doesn’t jump around but it stays around the 65 to 70 which is obviously not true. Thank …

So on a 150 mile round trip with my family at about 40 mile's in my Check Gage light came on and i seen the Volt Gauge go from 14 to 0. We were unable to turn around due to Family health reason's but we did pull over and check the Belt, pop the belt loose, and checked the alt bearing. Checked the terminals all good so we we had to drive the remainer of the trip with no trouble batterie's stayed fully charged/Sparked when replaceing the terminal's. So today i removed and recleaned the terminal's sanded all the grd's i could reach, replaced all the fitting's on the wire end's, removed the alt had it tested at 2 store's it checked out good had the batteries tested as well al…

Here's some background: aprox 3 months ago before the hot season in Phoenix, AZ i wanted to get my ac working again so I replaced the liquid line and suction lines along with the orifice tube due to the leaky ball type valves in the lines. And i had noticed at the time my fan clutch was free ballin... so while I was at it i replaced the fan clutch with a 89 dollar Hayden fan clutch from Rock auto. Three months later into the hottest part of the year, that fan clutch engages at cold engine start up drive a couple miles and disengages. At the same time I have my ac running and it get's cold about 45-48 deg while moving. Come to a stop light and the darn a…

Evening all- My dash plastics and door panels have been faded pretty badly by the sun. It's somewhere between the Agate Grey and Light Grey interior colors anymore. I'm looking for a product similar to the "Plastic Renew" to bring back that nice dark grey color. Does anyone have a favorite product that might be better or last longer? I'm looking for longevity mostly.

I've noticed on my 1999 24v that the WTS light takes a while to come on. All other lights have come on and off before the WTS light comes on. And there is no cranking the truck without that light coming on. My 12v is not that way.

Anyone know how to remove the dome light lens on a base model dome light? I wanted to take it off to clean it. It's a little dingy and thought I would get more light that way. Probably change the bulb to an LED eventually. Or for the sake of conversation, would an over head console bolt in if I would find a decent one at a salvage yard? Just curious.

Would a gas cluster work in our trucks? Aside from the tach. Now with that, would the tach read actual rpm? Or is it programmed in the PCM? Being the tach is Can controlled. --- Update to the previous post... Well after some more research and this pic: http://articles.mopar1973man.com/images/general/ccd/CCD-Network-Wiring.jpg It seems that the cluster would have its own decoder ring so a tach should show actual engine rpm.....i hope.

I had a 35 year old, dried up can of #7 heavy duty Rubbing Compound I used on a old cotton sock with a little water to hand buff my factory original head lights on my '99's oxidized and yellowed lenses No sanding with any wet or dry of various grits, No electric drill or elec buffer. no masking off the fender etc in-case the elec buffer went wild. Just the compound.and a piece of cotton sock and a few minutes of elbow grease Its pretty abrasive stuff so I never tried it before. It worked great, hand buffed maybe 3 minutes per side. Them washed off with a soft brush and water hose. Nice and clear no yellowing or oxydation No they…

Hi Folks, I’ve been thinking about it for a long while and have decided I’m going to purchase a slide in camper for my truck. I’ve been looking at tie downs and like the idea of frame mounted tie downs (like the Tork Lift version). The one issue I see with the Tork Lift tie downs is the fronts use the bed bolt which is where my Fass is mounted. Is there anybody around that has a Fass or Airdog lift pump that also uses Tork Lift tie downs? If so, how did you accomplish it? If anybody wants to chime in with their other tie down recommendations for these trucks, I’m all ears. Thanks

Hello, I have the moparman Hi idle switch. It is an older model (fits in the cubby and has etched backing plate). The issue I am having is once I turn the switch on regardless of position is that CEL comes on and Temp gauge goes full over into red zone. Truck does not idle up or go into 3cyl mode. I did not have a chance to check what code it throws as result and just wondering if anyone has had this issue or knows what the problem is. Help would be appreciated as winter is pretty here in Canada and it is super nice to have the switch working. Thanks, Jon

Pulled my box off for an easier install for the Fass. Does this look like an in tank pump retrofit? Does anyone also know what this port should be connected to? Is it just a breather ?

Drove the truck to work last week, noticed the truck vibrating at 60mph. It went away when I sped up to get on the interstate. When I left work I noticed it at 35mph and went away by 40. It was off and on at 60 on the rest of the way home. Under load or coasting didn’t seem to matter either. It doesn’t feel like it’s in the steering, just through the rest of the truck. I did check the rear drive shaft and everything felt tight. I had the front and rear shafts rebuilt and balanced when the trans was built about 50k miles ago. The only thing I know is a little worn is my track bar, was mentioned when I had the trans serviced last year. The heat has kept me from…

Not sure if anyone tried this but, I was rotating tires and found a lot of greenish looking corrosion inside wheel caps. So after scrubbing that crap off for a while and not having much progress, I tried using regular toilet bowl cleaner that says "removes rust, lime, calcium". Man that stuff took it right off and didn't do any damage to good surface. I only got after picture, everywhere you see plastic showing that's where that nasty green looking crap was. I wish I would of cut it sooner but outside still looks good. I'd imagine it would work good for getting corrosion of the rims too.

Is there anywhere to get the same type male and female plugs for the back-up(neutral safety) switch? To make a inline plug-in pigtail so I dont have to cut the factory harness wires to splice in a remote aftermarket back-up light on/off switch
