Do I need the whole thing like NAPA part number: 530924. Or is there just a sensor that I splice into, sorry if this has been answered but I couldn't find it in the search.FYI- my speedo works so it is one of the front sensors. I will be changing out both, just need to know what to get. Part numbers and site found are appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!!

I don't know much of the speaker world but I do want to replace the two front speakers as one sounds awful. What do I need to know to replace these? I have an aftermarket Kenwood receiver, I'm not looking to share my music with the world, I just want something that sounds clear in the cab. Am I going to have to cut holes in the door panel or are there options to get something similar to the OEM speakers?

in the passanger side with your feet closer to the seat you can feel like a clunking or kicking on the floor board. not over all bumps, but i dunno it has me stumped.i've checked the shocks. the control arms seem to be ok. not to sure how to check those, just visual instection they look ok the bushings look ok. i've had my wife sit there as i go beatting on the under side of the truck and she says i never do the same thing.any thoughts? my truck does pull to the right a little. but i'm not sure that could cause this.... thanks again...

  5. The truck has 82K on the clock – All of a sudden I am experiencing a death wobble around 40 to 50 MPH only under certain conditions. The truck has a Trick Flow tank in the bed. If I put 150 LBS close to the tail gate and hit a small bump it will go into the shakes. If I move the load over the wheels nothing. If I hook my trailer up (10,000 lbs), nothing. My mechanic has replaced a part on the pitman arm and added a steering stabilizer and said the ball joints are fine. I went to a respected alignment shop yesterday and the response was “ Yep that’s a Dodge alright”. I am going to put new tires on the front today since that is a suggested fix but no one seems to be able to…

Over the past few months, my vent selector switches to defrost and stays there. Only when I first start up the truck does it switch to what the selector is at. All other vacuum actuated things work... no problems with 4x4 or cruise. Looked over the vacuum system and cannot find any leaks.I went behind the dash and pulled off the yellow hose running to the zone selector vacuum actuator and applied a little suction to the actuator and it works fine, but does take quite a bit of vacuum pressure. Does the zone actuator become worn out or brittle? Thanks for the help, I have run out of things to try.

Well guys I just replaced my heater core and my air only comes out the defrost and floor vents. Any suggestions why? I'm about fed up and about ready to send it to the dealership.

Hey guys, got the trans. temp gauge installed. An isspro ev2. But I don't think its working properly. :banghead:I wired everything according per instructions. But the gauge does not show a reading on temp, nor does it dim.I have checked my wiring and I could'nt even fathom how any of it could be incorrect. I was thinking it was the gauge? Gonna go to the business I went to that I purchased it from. Did not know whether or not anyone would know whats going on?

What is everyone running for airbags if you have a goose neck hitch. I can't seem to find a kit that doesn't interfere with goose neck mounting hardware. I would like to use bags that go on inside of frame but i would have to discard bottom out blocks (one is missing, rotted off) and torch off bottom outs on 4" spacer between spring and axle. But i think that location would work good. Anybody has pictures of theirs? and another thing they sell cradle for bottom of the bag that way in off road situation bag doesn't get ripped, any input on that? I do use my truck off road especially when getting fire wood. I was thinking something like this http://www.amazon.com/57295-…

Tuesday's run to Boise for @MoparMom I was following another vehicle which slowed down quickly and steered clear of a wandering skunk. I had little choices for avoiding the skunk. So I mashed on the brakes and come to complete stop so I didn't crush the little fella. Sad to say he sprayed the entire front of the truck with his scent. I've learned that the scent is a oil based material and very powerful smell. As for where I was sprayed across the front bumper and grill as well as under the truck in the engine area. Now the purple degreaser works awesome for cleaning that stuff off the chrome and grill just rinses right off with a power washer and the degreaser. I did do s…

Noticed a big puddle under my truck this morning. I know it’s coolant because it was low and on my way to pickup hay the cab was filling with steam. And the carpet is wet on the passenger side. I’m assuming heater core but heard that it leaks in the cab not out. I took a video of somewhere that seems to be leaking but maybe it’s just dripping down from there? Also looks like maybe a something attached there and fell off? I’m not too sure, any help is appreciated. I already bought a new heater core because I figured I should replace it because I’ve done everything else in the coolant system, heat and A/C. FullSizeRender.mov

Hey everyone! Brand to this site. Hoping to get some answers. So my cab heater is acting up, it will blow warm to hot air through the defrost and face vents but will blow cooler air through the floor or any mix setting. Sometimes I will hear a thud or something dropping on the passenger side dash. I have a new radiator, thermostat, water pump, blend door actuator coupler (heater treater). I'm wondering if this is a vacuum or door problem, maybe even a heater core problem. Also on defrost from the driver vent to the passenger its got great air flow to almost none, so thats also a concern. Thanks!

My tailpipe is rusted out. So I crawl under the truck to check it out closer and see that the pipe is 4" out of the resonator going into the muffler then going out of the muffler it's back down to 3" where it connects to the tip. Then the tip is 4" at the end.Is this right. Why didn't they just make it 4" out the back of the muffler and be done with it.

Hi Guys,I've been experiencing problems w/ my heater blower not working. I don't know if this may have anything to do w/ it at all or not, in the mornings when I'm hooked up to my horse trailer all accessories are running no fan on any setting. In the afternoon it just seems to start working after I drive for a bit, 20 mins. or so.I've tried it w/o any lights on when this happens in the mornings but nothing. Where/what should I check? Thanks,Dave

Does anyone regularly use a power bleeder here? Whether vacuum or pressure? Pro's/Cons? I am thinking I want a vacuum style as I have multiple cars and a pressure style would require many caps. I don't always have a helper when working on the cars and its time for fluid flush on the truck and my car. Thank you

  20. Hello, looking for help on where to pull my 12V ignition power from for my isspro gauges. I am planning on daisy chaining all 3 gauges together. It comes with a supplied 1 amp fuse, but would I need a larger fuse if daisy chaining all 3 gauges together? Or will the 1 amp fuse still suffice? I have read a lot of stuff and everybody seems to be doing it their own way, or different ways at least. My plan is to pull keyed power and run an in-line fuse. Thanks in advance for the help. Wiring is not something I am great at.
