    I want to say it works incredible 7x009 injectors alone with truck running its factory program, smoke is greatly reduced actually almost gone has good power off idle while towing egt's are a non issue. Turbo is actually lighting sooner as its breaking in. moving slow at 1000rpm it's got a pronounced whistle that it didnt used to have. No it's not a leak ;) doesnt whistle like a ford but it is noticeable. You can hear the air being pulled through the filter pretty fiercely if that's a word towing it has power to accelerate up grades while egts stay below 1200. Before it had power but unable to accelerate because egt's would climb. I did have to…

  2. Ive have searched High and Low and can Not find an answer to this. But to make sure I understand. I have a quadzilla adrenaline V2 installed in the truck. I have tried to make it high idle with parking brake ect. when it was cold as ever. No high idle I have purchased a Moparman high idle switch from DAP and look to install it. Can i install it with current quadzilla plugged in everywhere? And If i need to flash the Computer to enable high idle either with a smarty or a dealer.... can quadzilla stay plugged in?     I’m new to all this stuff so bear with me. Lol I have a stock 2001 Dodge 2500 5.9 and I put a quadzilla xzt tuner on it and I’m wanting to do a different tune on it. How do I go about doing this? Also any ideas on bumping up size of injectors or any other rather inexpensive upgrades you can think of would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    It has come to my attention that my left front cab support is rusting out. Noticed a rusted hole a little while back that is worse than I first thought and will need replacement soon. Anyone here dealt with this before? I can find replacement mounts for about 200 bucks a pair and figure I can manage the replacement for now. Just not sure whether the floor is rotted also. On top of that, what wiring harness is run thru the cab support? I am seeing a small, 1/4" or so loom inside of the cab mount.

  8. does the MAP sensor on my truck read psia or psig? The TST box at altitude where I live and work 5400-6000 feet doesnt start fueling at 2-3 psi like it does at sea level, it's more like 6-7, which leads me to think it reads psia. If so, I'd like to wire a dial potentiometer or even a 3-4 position switch with different resistors corresponding to the voltage I'd like to see going into the map sensor reading of the TST depending on whether I'm at my parents house close to sea level, in denver at 5300ft or up in the mountains at varying higher altitudes. Are these hard to install I want to gain fuel mileage and power the raptor fuel pump I want is the 100 gph how much horse power are these good for I would do the 150 but don't want to mess with the draw straw the edge I want is the juice with attitude to monitor egt fuel pressure and tranny temp will this work for me I eventually want to do ddp injectors probably around 100 125 when I bought the truck I was told it had 75 HP injectors and it does have 4 in down tube with 5 in straight exhaust but I really need to do a fuel pump soon side note had tranny checked it had been rebuilt some time and has a shift kit nothing else is known thanks in advance sorry about the long p…

Torque Converter Lock-UP The TS Performance Torque Converter Lock-UP allows you to lock and un-lock your torque converter at the speed of your choice.     So i got my new seat in and it took 2 minutes to remove the old beat up one. while i had it off i decided to tackle the dead motor for the front side of the seat up/down and why it wasnt moving. I pushed the up and down and watched as it barely turned. even helping with a wrench didnt work so i took it off with the 2 torx screws attaching the worm gear housing to the frame. Tested again and it spun but was weak and after about 20 seconds of freespin it would stop... ok so i took it apart and cleaned the stator and brushes. still same effect, 20 sec and stop. so i took it apart and looked at it and here is what i found and the fix but there is a s…

    my 59 Cummins diesel 2002 has developed a hiccup, sometimes on acceleration sometimes just driving down the road she'll sputter check grounds change the fuel filter still doing it.I also have noticed that periodically my check gauges light will come on and my alternator output battery drops down to zero.I cleaned all battery connections with a wire brush hook them back up it still did it and if I just turn the truck off and start it back up it will come on ,mystery ,any ideas

    Just had my transmission gone through by a local specialist. Had all wearing components/solenoids replaced, shift kit, and single disc lower stall billet cover torque converter installed. I've noticed a substantial improvement in drivability; in town it acts as if the truck lost 2K lbs! The tighter TC makes all the difference in the world - I'm well pleased. The transmission man threw all my old components in a box & gave them to me - nothing burned up but approaching the wear limits (177k miles). One thing I've noticed that is different is that the idle rpm is slightly lower & EGT runs a bit higher when idling in gear, like at a stop light. Guess that is to be ex…

    So assuming that I have been too lazy to do anything about the dripy bottle thing hanging on the front of the engine, how to clean that mess up?Yes from the moment I bought the truck I have been thinking about doing something about that crap collection device. Well now I think its time has come. I have seen many posts on vent mods and ways to fix the messy goo maker, but none have addressed how to properly clean it once it is greased. Any Ideas?

    Alright guys so this morning I went out and started the truck and gave it a minute and rolled off about 3 minutes gown the road at 30mph the check Guage light came on and I looked at the dash and the volts were all the way down. I turned into a lot and shut the truck off and did a Guage function check the volt Guage worked so I just started the truck and continued my 150 mile trip this morning with no further problems. The volt Guage stayed at about 15 the entire trip. Any ideas?

    Hey all, I am looking for some tunes. I live in Virginia, so I'm at sea level. I'm looking for a eco tune, daily tune, tow tune, street tune, and holy **** race tune. The truck is a 1999 dodge ram 2500. Mods done to it so far are F1 Mach 4 150HP injectors, ARP headstuds, Banks intake horn, Borg S362SXE, hamilton pushrods, aFe stage 2 cold air intake with a power driven diesel air filter, cal tracs, TRE stage 2 built transmission. AirDog 2 4G 165. Eventually it will have a compound turbo setup. I'm looking to get a solid 550-600 HP at the wheels.
