  1. Russ would be the man to talk to he'll know how...
  2. Zuki...Question for you how did the thieves start your truck? hot wire? Break the ignition lock? Etc...
  3. Bi-Level, Floor-Def and Def are normal for A/C compressor to run. Vent and floor don't.
  4. Here is another form of security for my truck and most people just leave it alone...Not many people want to take on a smiling Dobbie... :lmao:This is Diesel's favorite place to be. You say the words "Truckin'" and he's all wound up and ready to bail into the truck. Both trucks are setup for him and he doesn't mine the confinement he's just enjoys the ride.Alway love it when I get to the tire shop and the guy takes my keys. I'm thinking "Go ahead..." so he walks out to the truck and typical they come walking back because there is a Dobbie smiling back...
  5. My best idea was to seperate the PDC (Power distribution Box) then take the fuel pump relay and look for the black lead on pin 85 of the relay and pin 20 of the Joint Connector seperate it from the joint connector and extend it into the cab. Now add a toggle switch to this black lead and ground the other end. Stack the toggle switch somewhere you can reach it easy without other in the cab even noticing. My idea was to use the hollow are behind the brake release. Reach down go click with you finger and no one even knows. But the truck will never start. Problem with pulling a single fuse or single relay is that there is other relays and fuse to replace it. So you would have to take them all. As for my idea runs on the principal of removing the relay but done with a single wire.If pepsi71ocean shows up he's got another idea that works really well but I can't remember the name of it. (CRS moment).
  6. Later on I'll take my camera out and take a peek at mine...
  7. What's truely funny about your responses is that MoparMom wanted to help stack wood on the trailer and she requested to bring the camera out... I told her what I setup and she agreed. All she could do is laugh her rear off at the video.
  8. :lol:There you go Rogan...The big screen monitor just for surfing the site. Just seem like you got to pan left to right to fit right? Not bad...
  9. Not to hijack your thread but to give information on securing you stuff...Like here in Idaho we always had a low crime rate. Once in awhile a kid from the school will steal cigarettes from the store or something stupid. We'll as the economy has gone down around here and the drug use has gone up. I've gotten worried hence why the locked gate, barbed wire fence, even the hitches of both trailers are locked. Both truck are kept inside the garages locked up (house locked and truck locked). I want to give myself all the time in the world to grab a pistol and let the dog out. Yeah I know it only takes a few seconds to steal a truck. I've got a slim jim in the shop for unlocking vehicle when requested by owners. I can typically pop a Dodge lock in under 60 seconds. So keeping this in mine I want as many barrier between me and the outside world that make my place loock like "Don't bother just too much work to steal something."I'm truly sorry you had to loose a vehicle to some slimly person that has most likely a drug / alcohol habit and is broke so they steal anything and everything to keep the habit. But hopefully my words are helpful to you when and if you get your truck back you can secure what you got.

Web wonderer... Welcome to the family...
  11. Exhaust change not required. I'm still running 3" pipe. Remember the only time exhaust upgrades are needed for reducing EGT's and increasing flow is when your WOT going down a 1/4 mile strip. If your driving with economy in mind then there is very little boost and very little EGT's anyways so increasing exhaust is not going to change MPG's. There is a lot of market hype for large exhaust and intake tubes. But for MPG mode its not needed. But now if your doing quarter mile or dyno queens then yes it would be best for a upgrade.
  12. * Filter last up to 135K miles* Turbo sound is louder* Turbo and air system stay clean
  13. Give the man a cigar. I had to look twice and sure enough it is I70 up north of me... There are some really people up there.
  14. I've done that method but you really got to be careful with the line not to bend them. Also getting the crossover tubes out is a bit tough at times.
  15. What oil filter are you using? You might find that some brands of oil filter have a drain back valve in the filter.
  16. Take a pan of water and boil it on the stove and heat the hose up for about 1 minute and slip it right on the barb fitting no problem. Another way is to put the fitting on the floor and push straight down on to it. Let your body mass do the work.
  17. Correct. It only takes a very small hole for mice to slip through... Touche' I found where mice where getting into my RV at... Not anymore. Mouse free!
  18. Big line kit for that Raptor pump and relocated it under the bed closer to the tank.
  19. I'm only burning 2 bulbs at a time not 4... 2 lo beams ans 2 hi beams... 200 / 14.5 = 13.7 amps
  20. Hmmm... Drill a small hole in it to try to hook it and pull it back out. :think:When you install the new one make sure to put lots of anti-seize on it.
  21. Wait till you throw it on 5x5. It a whole new animal. I'm playing with 5x3 and the torque curve is so aggressive now that a soon as the turbo lights so do the tires in 2nd and 3rd gears. :burnout2:DieselAutoPower has always been the best vendor with the best price I've seen.
