Quadzilla EGT accurate??
Update EGT accuracy... Lost my ISSPro EV2 probe not long ago. Replaced it with a Quadzilla probe which it worked out just fine on the ISSPro gauge but there is less offset now very close to being right on the money between the two gauges. Might be worth just say that my offset was a probe that was failing and the offset was created as the probe wore out and then failed. ISSPro EV2 Boost vs. Quadzilla MAP sensor still skewed. I've tried my old factory 2002 MAP sensor and the 2001 MAP sensor as well. No change still skewed above 30 PSI.

Turbo issues (cont from another post)
You don't need a turbo till after about +100 HP injectors. Even my +150 HP injectors I could still run my stock HX35W turbo. Quadzilla is the magic in extending the turbo abilities. Turbo is way too big.

No fuel at injectors. Please help!
Without a cluster it will not read codes. The cluster is what gives bus bias for voltage to the CCD network. I'm not sur the OBDII port will work.

Quadzilla display project
I'll know about before most of you you all will. I'm suppose to get one for beta testing project when ready. I've already put in for the beta testing list.

New Quadzilla installed--low power and 0 smoke?
@comanche79p - changed from 3.55 to 3.54 final ratio. You found out the secret. This is the narrow sized stock lighter by about 20 pounds typically. @gimmie11s - changed from 4.10 to 3.95 final ratio. Could go bigger in tire. 315/75 R16 would get you to the 3.75 final ratio.

What tires size? What is the gear ratio?
-
New Quadzilla installed--low power and 0 smoke?
What size tires are you running? I'll math out your final ratio to the ground. Optimally it should be 3.55 to 3.73 to the ground for MPG purpose. In your case a slightly larger tire than stock is optimal with 4.10 gears.

75mph engine cuts out
As for the AC noise test...

75mph engine cuts out
Typically this is called limited pedal where it caps out at a set speed. This is typically a ECM issues. My suggestion is test your alternator for excessive AC noise. Do the W-T ground wire mod. Clean your grounds and check for error codes to give more clues. It could be a Edge Juice issue as well.

There is a starter solenoid fuse and a starter solenoid relay check both of them. Both in the PDC under the hood.

Second gen long gun safe storage
Most likely will need to head to sheet metal shop and have someone build you a custom gun box for under the back seat. Problem still remains if someone steals the truck they will have the guns regardless of the locked box. Personally, I would be more about securing the vehicle than the guns. Worst case the thieves just come in with a roll back truck and take the entire truck, with the lock box and the guns inside. The box is just a temporary set back for a thief.

Bleeding power steering then "pop"?
I typically prime the system with the engine off. Going lock to lock with the engine off the system will fill on its own. As for the steering most likely broke something in the power valve assembly or there was that much debris that you plugged up the entire power valve assembly.

New Quadzilla installed--low power and 0 smoke?
No change in EGT's for me. The biggest change is getting the tune correct. Timing mostly. I'm already running 4 inch diamond eye with muffler and no change in EGT's. But a bad tune can make serious EGT's quickly. Also excessive low final drive ratio will also make serious EGT's (oversized tires on 3.55 gears).

Engine Coolant Temperature Mismatch
This why I want to verify the live data on a cold engine the IAT and ECT will match is the sensors are correct.

Quadzilla tuning assistance
I want to point out final ratio plays a roll in EGT's. I see you only 33 inch tires but it will make the final ratio even longer legged. 3.55 will drop to about 3.30 roughly to the ground. This increase EGT's very rapidly. Where I'm the reverse went down to 30 inch tires and barely making 650*F at 80 MPH. with the same injectors. Close to the same turbo with (60/60/12). Last trip to Nampa, ID was a mere 21.39 MPG floating that 650*F at 80 MPH. This 30 inch tires (factory 245/75 R16) turns the final ratio to 3.69:1 to the ground. This becomes very obvious when you hit overdrive on the transmission because the ratio now goes too low and the load on the engine jump up higher. I know some will call BS on this but its possible the added drag is creating you EGT's problems. But all things the same but tires (for the most part). I'm running much cooler EGT's vs you. Just something to consider. Just for fun last time this conversation came up I pulled a intake manifold bolt and my wastegate hose for 2 massive boost leaks and still never got high EGT's even with two massive boost leaks.

Engine Coolant Temperature Mismatch
The Cummins ECM was designed with a CANBus communication. The Dodge Side was CCD Network. You can see the CCD side with the radio, central timer, etc. This is the bus that brings the temp data to the cluster. Which is also part of the CCD network too.

Can't sleep bad ideas in my head
There is truth in that statement. I'll admit it freely being I deal with it daily. As for Ford or Chevy you are trading on problem for another. Sad part is the electrics have to follow to be right. Nothing to gain. Then if you ditch it then it get even worse with diagnostic being broke and OBDII plug no longer. Then all the other thing trying to make it work. Body is a body. But making the Cummins work in another body fully is near impossible to keep all the functions working completely.

Any Live Data Tool that plug into the OBDII plug can. Like I've had ScanGauge II and OBDLink LX both read it. Even my Innova Code read with live data will read it. https://www.scangauge.com/ http://www.obdlink.com/

New Quadzilla installed--low power and 0 smoke?
Did you build a fuel map? If the fuel map is all 100% then it will do nothing but be stock. Yes if you not build a custom tune and relying on the factory setup. I'm wonder if you have v1 or v2 tuning which is just a matter of flashing the tuner the with the current firmware. No not typically. Even with 7 x 0.010 injectors and my small HX35/40 turbo I still have zero smoke with the wire tap turned up. All in the tuning. Smoke is a bad sign of flooding the engine with fuel and lacking boost and retard timing. Enough power to tear the tires loose on command and eat 5th gear. Here is my own write up on tuning... Here is my current Economy tune which can reach 22 MPG.

ECT comes strictly from the ECM. PCM has nothing to do with it. Then the signal is sent out on the CCD network and then the cluster receives the message for temperature and then the gauge displays it. Ohm values doesn't mean much. What I need is the Live Data tool and you to compare ECT and IAT values at a cold start up. Don't use the Quadzilla. I need the values from the CCD side not the CANBus side. This will show what value the CCD bus is transmitting. IAT and ECT should match at key on. They are the same type of sensor.
