Quadzilla Warmup / High Idle
Actually it does look at road speed. The bug about it ramping up too fast is a damned if oyu do and damned if you don't if we put it back to the way it was it doesn't work for %50 of the people.

Testing Injector Pop Pressure in the real world
I would think %95 of people wouldn't really notice a difference if you just threw them the keys. however I miss the 330 bar injectors

24 valve headache please help
Most find that it is better to cut their losses and get the right engine year range. I guess the bus application did not do the same changes as the dodge application.

Map sensor mod
This is a really bad idea. It will throw codes and make your truck drive a lot worse. You wont gain any power. If you want more power do it the right way. tuning, injectors, turbo. After you address supporting mods of course.

Testing Injector Pop Pressure in the real world
the start of the injection event does happen later with higher pop, but the peak of injection event pressure is unchanged, and hte end of injection is sooner. there is no drivablity reason to add more timing with 330 bar vs stock bar.

nominal by all methods of testing and conditions in my mind

Testing Injector Pop Pressure in the real world
So if we take that 2.5% difference at cruise state, we are looking at 490hp - 500 hp if it is 330 bar vs 305 bar on the 7 x .012. very fuzzy math, but it gives us an idea of how much difference there is if that was the only change made.

Testing Injector Pop Pressure in the real world
Alright @Carbur8tr @kzimmer @Mopar1973Man @jlbayes you are going to find this VERY curious. 55 mph 305 vs 330 bar It looks like the 305 bar injectors require a smaller fueling command compared to the 330 to move down the road at ~55 mph. approx %2 less if you average. I think conditions were the same but I may have had a wind with the 330 bar or something like that. Even a touch of wind results in a pretty big jump in the fueling commands. not an excuse, just saying that the canbus fueling command is very dynamic based on conditions I think a dyno would be needed to recreate exact load to truly compare fueling. HOWEVER what I find very curious is the EGT's between the 2 runs. The 330 bar run, even though the fueling command was %2 higher, resulted in a 50*f drop in EGT's at cruise state. I would be willing to bet that the 330 bar injectors get better MPG.

Quadzilla Adrenaline Economy and MPG
Video tutorial?

Need some quadzilla direction.
yep, for now. %90 of the trucks want that much up top.
-
Need some quadzilla direction.
if you are surging around 3k then drop your 3k timing by 2*

Need some quadzilla direction.
did you up you max timing value to 30* as well? Pulling some timing donw low might help, try it. Adding more fuel will also help. If your truck is as clean as stock then you have some room for fueling increase to help spool. TYPICALLY a slight haze will result in a fuel to air ratio that works good.

Torque management is a function of 01-02 auto truck to limit how much fueling can be used below 25 mph. You can overwhelm it somewhat, but the longer you spending ithe sub 25 mph area the more chance TM can take over.

Need some quadzilla direction.
Yep I am guessing you are seeing torque management coming into play. Does this happen above ~30 mph.
-
Need some quadzilla direction.
I would guess you are looking at Torque Management. If you add MPH to your datalog I am guessing you will see full fueling at ~25 mph.

yep crossover remover, you thread it onto the end and it will hold the crossover tube out.

How do I manually install The Quadzilla Driver / Load the Quadzilla V2 tune on Windows 10 / 8 / 7
did the computer restart allowing you to choose "disable unsigned driver enforcement"? windows 7 is easier to get going because you only need step 2.

I just want guys to know they shouldn't be jumping on the pop pressure bandwagon until we know more.....unless of course they are bored and want to mess with it. we really have no idea as to the long term issues, if any, that result. we still dont really know if it is even worth it.

@gipperkid in an effort to not clutter up the Pop thread, We dont know if trucks act differently. Honestly unless you are looking at 7 x .012 or bigger I dont know there is a pop to messing with pop pressure.

cool id dorp your light throttle timing, thats an awful lot of timing at cruise.

What are your rpm settings? I dont know what maxed out means.

New 7x10 injectors max fueling question
Keep in mind the the quadzilla is effectively off during cranking, so it wouldn't start in the morning it is related to some fueling issue. To disable pump tap just run on lvl 3.

Testing Injector Pop Pressure in the real world
@Carbur8tr the graph is actually aligned to when I seen the Canbus signal go from cruise to fueling. If you want to match where tps spikes then move the 305bar lines back by 2 columns, but canbus fueling is updated 2x more often than tps. Either way in the lugged pull situtation the 330 bar injectors kill the 305 bar in terms of under the curve power.
