Cold... Very cold
I should be able to tell if if the 350 bar start harder than the 330 though at 0* ish.

Cold... Very cold
I should be at 350 bar in a few weeks. However if you aren't getting any smoke then there is something else up. The pump should be building a TON more pressure than 365 bar even during cranking. I would expect white smoke and a lot of it.

yea I am guessing there is a short somewhere on this circuit causing big isssues. map reading 47psi no matter what means something is up. the sensor may be shorted internally.

Yea that thing should be smoking like a freight train if it is getting fuel to the injectors.

Start with the map as bayes pointed out the map and crank are the smae 5 v circuit

What do it do on a no start? Does it just crank at normal speed without a sputter? Any smoke out of the tailpipe? have you do the park nose downhill to verify it isn't a fuel leak issue. Given the size of injector the cranking fueling command will be WAY moire than enough to fire. The flow from the 7 x .013's should be roughly 2x that of stock injectors at a given duration command.

3 cylinder high idle intermittently switching to 6
Its only a blip of a cylinder coming online.

3 cylinder high idle intermittently switching to 6
thats very odd.

Sadly I can't throw more fuel at idle. The Quadzilla is not getting updates from the canbus plug at that point. Thus no fueling.

Your map sensor is shot, stuck reading 48 psiwhich puts the truck into defuel mode without the quadzilla doing boost fooling. Your crank sensor is also likely bad. And I am guessing the VP is tired.

3 cylinder high idle intermittently switching to 6
The truck is smart enough to know if the truck is struggling to keep 1200 rpm in 3 cyl mode and it will kick out of 3 cyl into 6 cyl. This happens to me when the truck is cold cold and the vgt is in warmup mode.

I doubt the higher pop pressure effects timing that much.

216 and white smoke means the vp44 is likely done. the timing piston has likely gotten galled up and is getting stuck when it is cold. once you get heat into it the metal expands and the timing piston free's up. 1690 is telling you that the crank position is not working correctly. The Quadzilla doesn't interface with this sensor at all so I am forced to believe it is random as well. The quadzilla reading 48 psi of boost all the time tells me that either you have a short in the map wiring or the map sensor is stuck reading high psi. Return the truck back to stock wiring, clear codes and see if they come back.

Crank timing is 17* on our trucks according to the values I see on the output from the ecm.

- Fuel PSI hit zero. Bad sensor or gelled fuel?
sounds like a fuel gel issue to me. doesn't sound like it fully gelled but enough to block the sensor from reading.- HE351 swap
Most hybrids are super hx40 compressors and a regular hx35 turbine.- Electrical short?
yes- The crf450ish random question thread.
think of it as total fuel delivered based on command and injector size. If you drop your fueling commands by %30, but increase your injector flow by %30 then the lie-o-meter will be correct still. If you keep injectors the same, but decrease fueling commands then your lie-o-meter goes up. This is from the ECMs point of view so it is inverted to your Quadzilla tuning. IE stock injectors aggressive tune means you need to push the pedal less to command the same fueling, thus the ecm thinks you are sipping fuel and jacks up the mpg meter.- Need some quadzilla direction.
sorry old names are still stuck in my brain. Set the top 3 variables in the image like shown. the light throttle settings work well as well, your truck might want something different.- Quadzilla Warmup / High Idle
no, Only factory high idle, you cannot use both high idle methods together, it iwll result in a truck that airlocks.- Need some quadzilla direction.
Samsung uses a none standard rom which appears to give issues when trying to open a Json file. I dont think there is a solution that can be had from the app standpoint. I have seen this before and it was due to the samsung device not allowing the Iquad app to open the file.- Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
I actually like to taper off growth up top. This makes the curve a little smoother, while still allowing full duration. There really isn't a huge need to go above %120 on a daily tune. Duration will still max at WOT, but you wont get a super aggressive curve.- No Airflow from Dash Vents
junk yard. Should be plenty of 2nd gen dodge trucks to pull apart.- Cold... Very cold
yes bring a cord, your truck will get mad under ~20*f if you dont have grids. I am sure you can get her to start, but it wont be fun - Fuel PSI hit zero. Bad sensor or gelled fuel?
