  1. Try setting fuel stretch down to 1600 with your injectors 2000 is a ton of stretch. The pump may be running out of fuel
  2. At %25 his truck would never hit good timing numbers at cruise. looking at your screen shots you will need to set it to %40 to get timing up where it needs to be at cruise. With Stock injectors that does not worry me as you aren't flowing much fuel. good mpg will come from timing being in the 20*-23* area between 55-75 mph.
  3. so your light throttle limit is set to 30%, so you wont be getting high timing unless engine load is below that %30 mark. In both of those shots it was above that. You should be wanting ~23* of timing at 75. change your light throttlr timing limit to %40 and see what happens. I am betting mpg will jump signicantly. I am guessing you have stock injectors?
  4. level 2 + should all give nearly the same mpg as timing is what makes mpg good or bad, all levels above 2 use the same timing.
  5. what rpms and what % of fueling does this miss / buck happen at? Also only on wiretap levels?
  6. it wont be that exact. Try 120% and see if it is close. my testing shows if you can within 1 gallon on a full tank you are doing good.
  7. datalogging doesn't show anything. It is as random as can be, it can happen once a month or 3 times in a day. It can happen in warmup or afterwarmup, with tps input and without.
  8. if you could tell me what causes it I would love that hahaha. it's going to be a bug that I fix by sledge hammer
  9. I am aware of the issue. I think it might be related to the mpg stuff...somehow easy to resolve the issue, key off and on for a split second and bam it is back to working. I have something in mind to fix it, but it has been plaguing me for awhile now. hard to fix if I can't figure out what causes it. If it is a big issue you can jumpback to the stable version of 2.6 rather than the 2.7
  10. decimals are fine int he tuning variables, but I am not seeing any other % variable int he settings stuff. I am guessing the app just was never tested for that..
  11. Yea looking at the profile file I dont think the Iquad app knows how to handle the decimal. No idea i am not versed in the iquad app code.
  12. no clue. I honestly dont know about decimal numbers for mpg.... It might get pissy about that. Beyond that Quadzilla power will have to help I am not in on the dev of the app side.
  13. are you running the app version that shows the tune apply on key on? It will count through the number of variables and if they apply
  14. If that doesn't help then drop your rpm timing at that point by 1* put that to 3* and drop the rpm value in the area of issues by 1*
  15. try increasing fuel load timing by 1.5*
  16. Took time this morning to cut out the rusted back cross beam. I welded in a piece of metal that was left over from the saddle rack we dont use anymore. I also welded in a 1.5" square tube for a floor support in the rear. We are ready to replace the floor now. next paycheck we will head to home depot and get some 2 x 6's. I have some rewiring to do now to replace the wires I burnt up when welding haha
  17. there is no import button, Follow the video
  18. the base flash is just hte 2.7 we have hosted here, then you apply the custom tune to the iquad app and that tune writes the values to the base flasht o change it how you want it. I would ensure you are running the 2.7 I posted not to long ago. when did you flash it last?
  19. the vehicle profile version number does not need to match the flash version number. The public profile is the 2.5 v2 1998-2002. Have you tried to run any of the custom tunes we have posted for download? https://mopar1973man.com/forum/185-standard-quadzilla-adrenaline-tunes/ I wouldn;t base a tune off of free revving either.
  20. No your issues are %100 related to your TPS reading %1 randomly at idle. you might still have ac noise, but it is not causing this issue.
  21. @Mopar1973Man I am betting the ecm needs to see IVS trigger before it will high idle
  22. If you do end up needing a new apps, we have the timbo apps in the store. It is commonly accepted as an upgrade to the oem circuit type apps.
  23. interesting. I really wish we knew how much duration is lost per bar.
  24. @kzimmer any updates to report with the 330 bar pop presure?
