yep, it would be a huge amount of work to make lvl 1 be sub of lvl 0. We have talked about it and thought through it, but it isn't feasable from what we can see.

@Sycostang67 choose the none v2 profile on the app and you will be off to the races once again on the old tuning. Choose the profile dodge 2001-2002 vserions 1.9 and you should be able to tune similar to what the edge had. The lacking of v2 tuning is likely our fault as the message to Quadzilla for the unit sale did not include the V2 base flash. Since there was no flash specificed it came with the v1 flash on it by default.

I am sure the fueling solenoid is rated to run at x duty cycle, being 4095 command. Wiretap just holds it open longer, I am sure beyond the rated duty cycle

I dont think we really have the resolution needed to add "just a touch" of wiretap at or near idle without unpredictable issues. I can VERY easily adjust the code to use the wiretap min setting regardless of TPS input and this would do what you are talking about.

adding wiretap is like mutliplying the canbus signal by up to ~%30 IE: canbus only 0-4095 if we add wiretap the upper limit extends to ~5300 but that 1200 of extra duration is done by bypassing hte psg.

first question I have is if we see a need for 350+ bar? If we can define what the goals are then we should be able to say yes it is worth messing with 400 bar or no it isn't. I think one thing we would need to know is how much duration is lost per bar as well. At some point you will be better off running a smaller injector at a lower bar if the only goal is smoke control.

select the default tune in the app without the app connected. then go to the truck does it crash then? sounds like we have a data mismatch.

try that app I posted. It has a tune loading progress bar that will tell us if the tune is being applied or not. select the default tune, does the app crash if you run that tune only ?

how does the truck run if you ignore the disconnect? Do anything feel odd or is it just the app crash? What is the device?

does it allow you to report the bug on the prompt? Does it happen on the main gauge screen? when it happens is the app connected to the box under the hood? Are you running the app we have hosted here on the site?

nothing, Thats the weird part, I just take the export from their phone chagne the tune variables to work for their fueling export the tune back to them and it show sup. I have compared the json file and all the profile info is exactly the same.

Yep, no harm, it is rare to actually trip a cel as a result of switching modes, just know it can happen.

@Quadzilla Power some people report this same issue with the import. They have shown me the profile being correct. IF they export a tune then I edit it and they import just fine.

The only way to truly cancel high idle trigger is key off or by having ECT reach 170*f. you can just switch the switch from 3 cyl mode to mpg then go on your way, high idle MAY kick back on if you go back to park and sit idling for 2 minutes before ect rise up above 170*f just know that if the above conditions are not met the ECM can go back into high idle mode once at idle.

The Quadzilla isn't doing anything at idle unless the high idle function is enabled and the high idle timeout has passed. I would personally get a higher stall coverter to fix your issues. As for the tune not showing up what vehicle profile do you have selected in the app? If you export a tune for me I can create a tune for you based on the export/.

Morimoto HIDs and PIAA 530 RF series LED's
The projectors sure do widen the beam though. the LEDS hot spot might be brighter but I think that is due to reflector design and intended use.
