High Idle Switch install
this is why we made it easier with a single knob to select the mode. you need to "fool" multiple sensors to trigger each mode

High Idle Switch install
exhaust brake. yes 3 cyl injects every other cyl causing high load due to extreme pumping loses

High Idle Switch install
many reasons. 1. Faster warmup, my truck will go from 32*f to 140*f in ~5 minutes if I stick it in 3 cyl high idle with the eb on 2. increased alternator output for running lights bars or a winch. 3. prolong idle times can cause wash down if at 750 rpm, high idle will prevent that

High Idle Switch install
no idea, but they only power the led itself, not the switch. The switch will work just fine without power.,

High Idle Switch install
2.5 amp is more than enough.
-
High Idle Switch install
the switch can be installed whenever, it just wont work until high idle is enabled.

High Idle Switch install
plug the smarty in, key on, follow directions ( you can load ANY tune to the truck) then let it update, once it finishes key off and back on, and set back to stock.

Headlight options
My housings have adjustment screws for left right and up down. I have an idea to make the install super easy but I need to test the theory. Unless as set of housing and ds2 show up out of the blue I will never get to test the theory. Overall I think the mini h1's are best most of the time due to the ease of install.

No pulling power
Mike, Those numbers can't work. The edge on sublevel 1 , if it was %33 of stock fuel, wouldn't drive. If the edge does pull fuel down below stock it can't be more than %15 below stock. My truck smoked pretty good even on 5 x 1 when I datalogged it. It was way dirtier than my quad tune which started at %85 of oem fuel at 0 psi. @Marcus2000monster do a boost leak test.

No pulling power
You should be.. Smoke is unused fuel. What were EGT's doing? Boost leak tests?

Fuel Article - Building Datalog Graphs From Quadzilla
Looking to buy a Quadzilla here is the links back to Quadzilla Power. 1998.5 to 2000 Dodge Ram Quadzilla Adrenaline $699.99 2001 Dodge Ram Quadzilla Adrenaline $699.99 2002 Dodge Ram Quadzilla Adrenaline $699.99 Firstly you need excel on a computer. 1. Start by opening your datalog, 2. The delete the columns you dont want in the reports 3. select the datarange you want to graph on, I would ensure you don't select more than 75 ish rows. too many rows results in a junky looking graph 4. Click insert > then graph > then select any of the graphs down arrows and select "more xxxx charts..." 5. In the chart select, choose "Combo" then choose what sensors have what type of graph. I like lines except for Canbus Fuel. Ensure you select Secondary Axis for sensors with ranges above ~1000, IE egt's can be up to 2k, rpm 4k This will make sure your graph data is viewable. 6. If you want to add data lables, right click line / bar > add data labels 7. If you want to compare 2 data logs, you can copy and paste a dataset that has been select ( step 3) and paste it into another table. View full Cummins article

Quadzilla v2 timing
the timing piston can stick in a worn vp, I would also imagine that the timing solenoid can wear out causing the ring to not advance or retard fully. But in both of those situtations you should see a p0216 code.

ECM flashing/Programing, is it magic
The ccd bus is all dodge, you can write to the ecm using the bus if you know what you are doing. you can update the vin if you know where to do so in the memory on the ecm. Issue is next to no one knows the protocols and info needed. I have some code to do so, but you need to build a device that can talk on the protocol that is required.

Edge Juice
What solved your issue? Last I heard the truck lost power for no known reason. on a stock truck the edge vs quad is a moot arguement. they both will produce the same power, rpm, etc etc etc
