  1. the beta app now shows the tune loading process. I have not hand any freeze issues from changing power levels since.
  2. It ia fair to say that this only happens when boost = 0? Alight try this one. Another change I made before the issue happened was change the map sensor offset from 12 psi to 13 psi to keep the quad from reading hte wrong boost value. This tune makes it impossible for the quad to see less than 0 psi of boost. ADRV2easytime.exe

  7. I posted a tune for you to try in the other thread. you should have notice of it.
  8. @JDHudsn The version of the app in the play store does not have an "import" button. Make sure the app you are using is from the play store. Then you open up your "downloads" program on the phone, click the tune, and it will bring up hte iquad to "import"
  9. Alright @Mopar1973Man and @kzimmer Try this flash. I have upped the lower limit for rpm for quad take over to above 1000 rpm. This should ensure that "idle state / anti stall " is not confliscting with the Quad. This is a guess though. ADRV2easytime.exe
  10. Mike's having this issue as well. I can't reproduce it and I am guessing as to why it is happening still. What RPM does the issue go away at?

  12. It's a good place to be. my truck is the saem way now. No smoke no matter what, good power and it is very very very hard for me to top 1300*

My guess is, That when the truck is at low rpms and hte "anti stall" function is going on that the ecm is actually sending out priority 3 messages rather than priority 1, ( higher being more important) and the quads messages are getting in the way. Once the ecm has deamed the truck as "good" then it stops sending priority 3 and goes back to priority 1 and the issue goes away. Mike, What RPM does the issue go away, If you are low throttle through a parking lot and increase rpm's when does it stop? 1000 rpm? 1100 rpm?

  15. If you pull away from a stop light at %20 throttle would this happen? Does this happen if you idle around a parking lot not using the throttle input?
  16. ensure you are using 1998-2002 v2.5 profile. The tunes hosted here are all 1998-2002 profiles.
  17. My truck was only doing it when it was humid out. Tested the alternator and it came out good, so I cleaned the battery terminals and added dielectric grease to the plugs. Turns out the passenger battery neg lead was causing the issue. Cleaned it up greased and now I don't have anymore lockup issues. testing the alternator is ALWAYS step 1.

  19. Setting to %150 across the board is pretty much identical to smarty on sw9. If you bring in wiretap hard you can dump more fuel than any other tuner I have seen. Run this. And hold on. You have studs right?
  20. If it connects right away when the default tune is applied then it is not in the wiring. Something in the app is hanging on start. I am guessing the bluetooth channel is getting mixed signals as a result of the app trying to send the full tune first thing upon connection. It might even be spamming something on the bluetooth channel without being connected. hard to say, but it seems like the command for default tune is short and sweet and it connects right awya.
  21. Ensure you are running hte most recent flash hosted here and also that you are running the 1998-2002 version 2.5 profile on the app.

  23. in a non suprising turn of events I got a rejection letter back from the state in regards to the title search...... "form out of date" They had updated the form that needs to be sent in between the time I went to the DMV and the time they recieved it...... FML So I filled it out again and mailed it back off to the state.
