  1. @TFaoro you can have mine
  2. That would be a question for the rebuilder.
  3. cost. The EB works well enough, I can generate 50 + psi of backpressure using it.

  5. A BHAF is a good idea for any stock truck. Not because it helps the truck breathe so much, rather because it does a good job of filtering and last a VERY long time. a $50 BHAF can last 50,000 miles before it starts to get clogged.
  6. they make them for 6.7 http://www.thoroughbreddiesel.com/pacbrake/loadleash-engine-brake.htm?popup=n&gclid=CjwKEAiA0fnFBRC6g8rgmICvrw0SJADx1_zA6PqZ-BPAAG-LMXEjFX7EcCNpGe8UHaBQXJ0gZeVF3BoCrvnw_wcB I know someone has a "prototype" for a 5.9 but I am guessing it would be WAY to much to bring to market for the cost and number of people that would buy it.
  7. Are late axle brakes held on by allen head bolts?
  8. I have a cheapo versions in my car and the morimoto 6.0's in the truck. The difference in the cutoff is evident. spend the money on the morimoto's and be done.
  9. Can you go into more detail? Iam not sure if you are asking what parts need to be changed or what tools or if the brakes need to be changed. thanks
  10. Big words from the Jack Stand President
  11. As Mike Pointed out his tune has been changing. I need to verify that you have a tune that makes sense for your driving habits / speed. I also need a datalog of those 75 mph cruise states to see why you are not going into ctruise state timing. Without that we are just guessing.
  12. Post your full tune. Your not in cruise state.
  13. I think springs are in order if it is sagging. are you sure it's sagging or just got the typical rake of a 3500?
  14. http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/98-5-02-powertrain/485137-2nd-gen-ground-locations.html
  15. It used to be that cruise timing would kick in after 40 mph, as long as rpm where stable, the new tunes don't allow that as it is too risky to lug the engine that much and allow for timing ot be jacked up.
  16. Pull and clean EVERY ground, EVERY connection, EVERY wire under the hood. I would use dielectric grease on all plugs to ensure that everything is getting good connection.
  17. I would guess you have some sort of short to ground on one of your 5v reference sensors.
  18. alright so at least you have CCD traffic. on the pcm etc.
  19. Does your dash show correct values for temps etc? are you seeing and CCD errors on the cluster?
  20. I would suggest just going with a big line kit from Vulcan.
  21. Alright, Bug has been fixed. Timing is doing what it should be doing above 3500 rpm. If your truck sees 3400+ rpm I would suggest you update to the lastest hardfule or standard fuel tune. Well really I would suggest updating to keep up with the jone's The flash is posted in the download section.
