Teardown and Rebuild
The standard fuel tune hasn't been touched in awhile. It's stable. Tyler found the first bug in quite awhile in the hardfuel tune and I wrapped that up and tested 2 or 3 days ago, sadly Tyler never got to try it out.

That would be a question for the rebuilder.- Help-Cummins Down............

cost. The EB works well enough, I can generate 50 + psi of backpressure using it.- loss of overdrive when ac is turned on
http://www.tstproducts.com/Torque Converter Lockup Switch.pdf- BHAF
A BHAF is a good idea for any stock truck. Not because it helps the truck breathe so much, rather because it does a good job of filtering and last a VERY long time. a $50 BHAF can last 50,000 miles before it starts to get clogged.- Real Jake brake
they make them for 6.7 http://www.thoroughbreddiesel.com/pacbrake/loadleash-engine-brake.htm?popup=n&gclid=CjwKEAiA0fnFBRC6g8rgmICvrw0SJADx1_zA6PqZ-BPAAG-LMXEjFX7EcCNpGe8UHaBQXJ0gZeVF3BoCrvnw_wcB I know someone has a "prototype" for a 5.9 but I am guessing it would be WAY to much to bring to market for the cost and number of people that would buy it.- Brakes
Are late axle brakes held on by allen head bolts?- Great Songs

I have a cheapo versions in my car and the morimoto 6.0's in the truck. The difference in the cutoff is evident. spend the money on the morimoto's and be done.- Brakes
Can you go into more detail? Iam not sure if you are asking what parts need to be changed or what tools or if the brakes need to be changed. thanks- Teardown and Rebuild

Big words from the Jack Stand President- Quadzilla Adrenaline Economy and MPG
As Mike Pointed out his tune has been changing. I need to verify that you have a tune that makes sense for your driving habits / speed. I also need a datalog of those 75 mph cruise states to see why you are not going into ctruise state timing. Without that we are just guessing.- Quadzilla Adrenaline Economy and MPG
Post your full tune. Your not in cruise state.- Tired Front Suspension
I think springs are in order if it is sagging. are you sure it's sagging or just got the typical rake of a 3500?- Help-Cummins Down............
http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/98-5-02-powertrain/485137-2nd-gen-ground-locations.html- Quadzilla Adrenaline Economy and MPG
It used to be that cruise timing would kick in after 40 mph, as long as rpm where stable, the new tunes don't allow that as it is too risky to lug the engine that much and allow for timing ot be jacked up.- Help-Cummins Down............
Pull and clean EVERY ground, EVERY connection, EVERY wire under the hood. I would use dielectric grease on all plugs to ensure that everything is getting good connection.- ECM failure or wiring issue?
I would guess you have some sort of short to ground on one of your 5v reference sensors.- ECM failure or wiring issue?
alright so at least you have CCD traffic. on the pcm etc.- ECM failure or wiring issue?
Does your dash show correct values for temps etc? are you seeing and CCD errors on the cluster? - Teardown and Rebuild
