He351ve stand alone Arduino controller code for 2nd Gen Cummins
The 1.05 update really works well. I am still tuning the turbo for more boost, but it is a fine line between overdriving the turbo and a few PSI boost.

The time has come to produce the Mopar1973Man High Idle & MPG fooler switches again.
It is. if you take it out of P it will disengage high idle.

Sick, trans is acting up, and I need my truck in the morning
I would be mad too, but I did enjoy building my trans, if I can do it anyone can.

The ecm will disable High idle mode if 1. brakes are pressed 2. throttle is pressured (think your issue is here) 3. ECT temp comes up ( which you say your coolant drops on the gauge so this isn't the issue) 4. assuming clutch pedal is pressed I would start with the app's though, if you adjusted it and the truck see's ANY throttle input at idle state the high idle will never happen. Do you have any way to read the live data from the ecm? OBD reader, edge altitude / quad Your clutch enage might able be to blame.

If you are looking to dive into the tranny I would suggest you ask Dynamic for his recommendation, he is VERY knowledgeable about this type of stuff.

Suction tube or sump kit
I would look at the block location first, if you don't have a pump on the side of the block then one is in the tank. I beleive the top of the fuel tank canister is the same regardless, so you can't figure out whats in the tank without pulling hte cover.

oddy enough my trans doesn't need the resistor. must be in the pcm

number 15 below and behind the fuel filter. Tank The bendy straw on the right leads down to the in tank pump

Why can't I post to Computers?
I am assuming this is due to a browser cache issue. During the update process Mike did a few weeks ago there were some hidden settings that really threw a wrench into things. http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ follow the directions there.

Suction tube or sump kit
With our trucks there is a OEM lif tpump either on the side of the block by the oem fuel filter, or there is an OEM lift pump in the fuel tank. Did you fun the fass lines to the oem fuel filter or right to the vp44 injection pump? What he means by pulling through, is you have your fass trying to suck fuel through the none working OEM pump in the tank. this will cause issues such as low pressure and prob the issues you are seeing as the FASS pump is sucking fuel through the other pump. Take a straw as an example, if you just suck through a straw into a glass of water, it sucks easily, HOWEVER if you cover the end of the straw in cloth then try to suck through it is be much hard to do.

Hamilton 188\220! failure...
ect temp fooler ( I am guessing he was flipping on 6 cyl mode)

Suction tube or sump kit
Did you remove any lift pump when you put the fass on? Dripley and I are thinking the same thing.

humm I am surprise you can get a hammer to hit the vp44 without hitting other stuff. anyways enough of my random thoughts. try another code scanner.

The gauge reading for oil pressure is a dummy gauge. You can tell by just turning the key to on position ( not starting the engine) and you will notice the oilpressure gauge go to right in the middle of the range. Since the oil pump is driven off the engine it is impossible ot have pressure without the engine running.

Do you remove the APP's sensor each time? Fuel shutoff solenoid doesn't exist in the vp44 world.

something is up, if you have a fass 150 you should have way much pressure than that. But I would look at your codes again first. Where do you use a hammer on your vp44?
