sounds like you are set on what you want. It's not a bad setup, but it is limited.

rv275's are too small for that HP goal in my mind. You should run less duration ( lower level on the tuner), and more mechanical injection ( bigger injectors) to reach your goals. the hx35 is really tapped out at 350 hp. The very min I would go would be 7 x .009's and if you REALLY want to stick to the edge, run it on level 2 or 3. If you ran a quadzilla you can build your own tune to fit your needs and I would go to 7 x .010's with a mellow tune.

Trans first. TC and VB shoul go a long ways. Any aftermarket lift pump will be fine for those goals. 7 x .010's and a quadzilla adr with a 57 mm SXE from DAP. Stock turbo won't do over 350 hp without egt issues. Rv275's are too small to hit that hp number without using a TON of duration and a ton of wiretap. AKA smoke and heat. 7 x .010's and a good tune will run VERY nice and neve have egt issues provided you have the air.

Titan XXL 55 gallon fuel tank
I have been wanting to do the same thing, I just need to put aside some money for it. Can you take pictures etc when you install this bad boy?

Injectors or something else?
late trucks don't report map values in in/hg like you are expecting. those numbers look normal for boost at idle vs WOT. i wouldn't sweat it too much if you are already planning on getting new injectors. Just see what it is like after the injectors. doubt the trans is having issues.

V06 recall No Weld Fix trackbar replacement
If you have a 13-18 2500 or 14-18 2500 you are probably aware of this recall for the steering linkage. The standard fix is to weld the adjustment nuts, something I won't let them do on my truck. Example is in this image. I have been trying to get FCA to just replace the drag link with the updated one... to no avail. I recently learned the part number and have ordered the part and will submit for reimbursement. It's cheap too, $132 to my door. 68338342AB or 68338342AD To install simply loosen the 2 nuts in red and remove the old trackbar then install the new trackbar. Get your truck aligned and you are good to go. It's installed and ready for a test drive... Removal at the spindle was easy, but removal at the pitman arm was a PITA. So if any one else is in the same boat this is a better alternative to welding.

Average mpg for basically stock truck
Plug and play + smoke. That's not acceptable here. They have opacity meters and mobile smog units along on ramps. People can report you and you get a notice in the mail. Plus every year they do opacity testing on a dyno and do a lug down at WOT in 1:1 gear. I promise you your truck would not pass here.

If you are getting grey smoke try adding a 1* of timing across the board.

in what PSI range do you get smoke then under heavy throttle? have you done a WOT take off at 70 % fuel? does it smoke or no? %75 ? are you used to using heavy throttle to get moving? a lot of guys are used to tuners that max duraiton very early related to tps input so they are not used to using the full range of the throttle pedal. They then say the truck feels lazy. My prefered way to tune is to find where the limit of smoke is related to take off and WOT then set your tune up so that is your 0 psi setting and go from there. When I had my 7 x .012's I was used to going to %70 or %80 throttle on take off if I wanted to move off quickly. My daily tune had a range of fueling from ~%68 at 0 psi to 112 at 30 psi.

Average mpg for basically stock truck
Here is a data log of stock duration commands vs the duration commands with my 7 x .009's. Note that the quad is commanding less duration than stock offidle. This is not a tow tune so the upper end is maxing fuel, but that is tune specific. So lets imagine we have the same truck, cloned, side by side. One truck has some 7 x .0085's one has 7 x .010's. They both have the same turbo and thus are limited in airflow. Peak HP on each truck is 350 hp as a result. So different injectors same turbo same peak hp. With bigger injectors you can inject more cc worth of fuel per time duration. By shortening your duration even you spray your fuel at a more persice time. Where as if you have smaller injectors you are forced into extending your duration and spraying your fuel across a longer arc of piston travel. Both trucks are injecting nearly the same CC worth of fuel per injection event, however the 7 x .010 truck is doing that in a shorter time. That is what keeps egt's in check. Using the quad you are commanding LESS duration than stock, but you are injecting more fuel per duration. Here is the Tuning screen for the quad to tune the duration command. At each PSI you can alter the stock fueling command from %50 of stock, to %150 of stock. Setting to %100 would be a stock tune. anything below %100 is pulling fuel compared to stock.

Help with Daily Tune
who's injectors do you have? As for you starting poing of %70 vs what hte tune builder suggests, the tune build is just a suggestion. what you see in the real world should alter your tune. What transition points do you get smoke, IE at 8-10 psi? or 15-20 psi. Does it smoke more on lvl 4-6 at these points? or does level 3 and above all smoke about the same? try this I edited some of your wiretap stuff to prevent mass increase of fueling once 20 psi is hit. I would try and smooth out the points where you have smoke, you don't need to go any higher than ~%115 in order to see full fueling. you can keep 8-10 psi % the same and flatten out the ramp up of fuel. The quad doesn't control idle state fueling or sub 1000 rpm fueling or fueling when below the warmup temp setup. That isn't going to change. grey smoke on start is normal for a vp truck with big injectors when cold. nature of the beast.

Sounds like a bad map sensor.

Average mpg for basically stock truck
You have said this many times without any real experience beyond the S03. In the nicest way possible your mind is wrong, you need to drive a truck with a proper tune. 7 x .010's and a stock turbo with proper tuning is nice to drive. moving from 7 x .009's to 7 x .012's my EGT's did not increase with Injector size, EGT's were a result of tuning. Same turbo more than double the fuel and egt's did not change after tuning. I have posted these before, but the proof is in the pudding. 0-60 %50 throttle towing my old steel gooseneck horse trailer. Lugdown locked TC od uphill high throttle - WOT with the same trailer. Note that speed and RPM are dropping, but throttle was held high. Next note EGT's no out of control. I pretty much forced the truck into the worst possible situtation and prevented downshift to see what would happen. Lugged snap WOT passing situtation %100 throttle 50-70 mph So again EGT's are a result of tuning, not injectors ASSUMING the injectors are built to cummins spec.

Download the iquad app manual and read through it- 2014 Canbus
It sounds to me like you have a bad connection at a junction at some point between the rear and the abs computer. I would be using electronics cleaner and dielectric grease on all connections going to the rear of the truck.- Adrenaline Paperweight
i'd throw some dielectric grease on all connections.- Adrenaline Paperweight
IOS doesn't work with bluetooth andriod, wifi iquad is needed for that. the laptop should see the bluetooth device, but wont connect. - Adrenaline Symbol
