Nv4500 Hard To Get Into Gear
Both of those problems are internal to the clutch area and removal is necessary. If the hydros are bad it is not. Yours does not sound like that is the problem. If the hydros were bad you would feel the clutch act like it is engaging on its own while your foot has it to the floor. Have you checked your fluid level? If it is low enough you could have gotten enough air in the line to cause a similar problem.

First Time Towing- Is My Power Curve Normal?
I reused mine when I had my turbo off 8 years ago. It is however showing a little sign of leakage now. I do mean a little. They are not expensive though and it would probably be better to replace it while you are in there.

One nature of my work is being in a dusty and muddy environment every day until you get the parking lot installed. And usually at that time of the job we are so under the gun to get it finished on schedule that we are working extra hours and days if need be and washing the truck gets low on the to do list. Next thing you now you're done and you have to go somewhere and start all over again. It is a vicious cycle. At least I found time to fix my tappet cover. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

Drilling Turbine Housing For Cylinders 1,2,3
That is exactly what makes this place what it is. Freely shared info for who ever wants it. Sure some of it is repetitive, but tell that to whoever is needing help and you have "Just use the search button, it has been discussed many times". It has also allowed me to pass these things on to others and the more knowledgeable to tackle bigger things. Though most any one here will try to answer any ones questions. Great place to learn and educate at the same time.

Airdog 150 Regulator Spring Issues
My understanding is it is the same. I have never taken either one apart to be able to confirm this however.

New Starter Solenoid Contacts
This was by far better than the other 2, especially with the larger pictures. My eyes like pictures. Nice write up and glad you got your boy up and working.

Airdog 150 Regulator Spring Issues
I thought the ADII has a different set up with the pressure regulator. No ball and spring that is. Mine has been fine since initial set up 3 years ago. Knock wood.

Career Change.... Whats It Like As Rv Salesperson?
You beat me to that one. The only experience I have is on the other side of the desk. I understand your frustration with building. We used to build Taco Bells in 45 days, Burger Kings in 60 days, CFA's used to be 12 to 14 weeks and now they are 16 to 18 weeks. To many rules and bureaucracies to deal with. I spend 30 to 35% of my time dealing with those issues just to complete a job. It aint no fun. Good luck with your endeavor.

clutch slipped
OK 2500 miles later and no slipping, cant make it slip. Just did 480 mile trip with the 5th wheel on board. Could not make it slip in 6th with my foot to the floor climbing a hill. If it was oil from the leaky tappet cover, that problem is solved. I guess it was just a freak incident.

Bon Voyage Exxon Valdez
Well after a 480 mile trip with the 5'r in tow, no oil leakage. Me thinks the tappet cover is turning out to be the only source of my leaks. everything is drying out and no more little droplets of oil hanging from the under side. While I understand that the wind whips around under the hood, I was surprised that it whips oil around the front of the engine as much as it did.. Glad I did not pull the vacuum pump, I'll just save the kit for when it does start leaking.

First Time Towing- Is My Power Curve Normal?
Ran a Banks Ottomind for 8 years until until it started acting up a few months ago. Supposed to give up to 75 RWHP. I do miss the power, but need to save a little cash and put in a Comp or such. The stock clutch handle it well with the 12k and the 15k 5th wheel. I was surprised. I now have a Valair that is supposed to handle 450 to 500 HP.

Windy Heeeerrrrreeee..
Alot of people supported the National Socialist party(Nazis). Time magazine voted him Man of the Year in 1938. He brought Germany out of the depression like FDR did for the US. Not trying to defend the ba$t&%d, its just history. Darn, off topic again, sorry.

Florida Flood Insurance Rate Question?

First Time Towing- Is My Power Curve Normal?
I have the 234 and 236. I am over boosting with the 35 psi waste I am running with no boost fooling. No limp mode either. Prior to this trip when it hit around 21 or 22 psi it acted like it was defueling, but this trip with the 5th wheel I saw 26 or 27 psi with no loss of power. Ran hot straight and normal.

Lift Pump
I ran 2 pumps on mine for a while. One in the tank(from dodge) and a booster pump from BD diesel.Put the second one on when I found out the in tank was putting out less than 1# of pressure at WOT. Ran that setup for near 100k without a problem. I did worry about the in tank going all the way out and maybe screwing things up, but it held up.
