Heater core project
Rock auto has them both for $60 apiece. Is this as spendy as you are thinking? Only had one choice for and evap by Four Sesons. I dont know ay thing about them. The most expensive heater core they had was an AC Delco. What cores did you put in yours? 690 bucks apiece did not seem to bad.

Heater core project
I think I would gather up any thing that wears out in there. I have to do mine sometime in the future and I reallly dont want do it twice. As far as a list of what, i am not the man for that. Heater and evaporator for sure. You can replace the resistor with out removing the dash, but i would be easier while it is out. I replace mine a while back but dont remember what it cost. Good luck.

3 In a Row
I can get 20 out of mine on the interstate running 65 to 70 since I installed the rv's. A little better towin milage too. But i did slow down some for that. 11.3 from 9.7 staying 65 and less. I used to tow about 70 to 75, think that is why I was buying tires too often.

I love wrenching on my truck and the beer afterwards.
No Yuengling in this part of Iowa. Ordered one in my home town and they charged me import price. I looked at the waitress and asked her how much it cost to import a beer from Pennsylvania. Oldest brewery in America, Yuengling that is. They are mighty good

My local napa had a big display of weather head stuff, but no needle valve. The counter guy just looked at me with a bewildered look when I asked after i could not find what i needed. I just ordered one from Vulcan when I got the big line kit. $8, I got the tapped tee ther also.

new clutch purchase
I have the valair organic 400hp in mine. It holds just fine even with my 5th wheel on(22.7k). It is a touch grabby. The only time it has slipped was when my big foot was resting on the clutch.

Need help with a couple things...
Mine is intalled in the fuel line between the filter canister and the VP. Mine is a little simpler than MM's because I just run a gauge off of mine. I did install big line kit between the two of them from Vulcan. I used a 1/2" line with a 1/2" tapped tee for the needle valve. All from vulcan also. - - - Updated - - - I got the idea from Mike, incase you could not tell.

Injector search got me thinking
The only way to see mine is to remove the knee bolster. Mine is not adjustable so there is no neep for to be exposed. You can tell by looking at the wiring at the apps, and map sensor like Rogan says. I also have a stealth cover on the VP with wire attached near the center, the stock cover would not have a wire attached to it. That is if the programmer taps the pump. Some do not. - - - Updated - - - My truck did not smoke until I installed the RV's. It only smoke in the lower rpm's until the turbo spools.

Natural Traffic Flow and Freeway Merge
Ilived in Atlanta for 9 years and it was about the only way to get into traffic sometimes.I would rather be reasonably courteous but sometimes you have to give what you get or do the unbelievable and stop at the end of the ramp.

Exhaust brake....exhaust replacement....General EB input
The Banks brake connects alot diffarantly. I had to tap the Apps, ECT, PCM, and the cruise(i believe for the manual tranny only). It fundtions pretty much the same, but it does cout out at 15mph and below.I kinda wish it di not do that. Probably a way around, I just have not tried do it.

Fuel canisters.
I would not think that the old style versus the new style flows any better. The new style is just easier to change. Of course it all depends on the filter media.

Filled up with fuel tonight...
i was wondring about -$3 diesel even in SC. Fuel has always been cheaper there in my runs up and down the east coast. I fueled up yesterday for 3.58 and today road by the same station and it was 3.50. I have to agrre with Hex on the sub $3 price so I can start:hyper: doing the happy dance. Not sure I will ever be doing that dance though.

Exhaust brake....exhaust replacement....General EB input
I have a Banks EB on my truck. I also have a banks 4" exhaust system. The down pipe is 4" and bolts to the elbow the brake is in. I know they have a brake that will work with a 4" system, thats what is on my truck. I also have a Banks quick turbo ex housing on the HX35 that the elbow bolts onto. I think the stock elbow would bolt to it but I cannot be sure of that. My turbo does not have the v-band clamp connection it is all bolted. Some have the clamp and others do not. I am not sure what you have on yours. I am not sure this is any help. I do know that the banks brake works good, I am happy with it. I have never driven a truck with a differant brand to compare it with though. I also have a brand new SS Banks 4" down pipe at the house if you go that route and it would help you i would let it go fairly cheap. I wish i could be of more help, been along time ago since I swapped my exhaust out. - - - Updated - - - Looking at your sig and you having a 01.5 I am thinking you and I are the same on how it all connects stock. Just thinking outloud, wether you get a Banks, Pac, or Jacobs, they all do pretty much the same thing. Iam sure there are some differances in performance, but I would think they have to be pretty close. I think I would get the one that works best for the exhaust system you want and the money you have to spend. - - - Updated - - - Also a 4" exhaust may not be neccasary. Mopar Man is till running a 3" straight pipe with very good succes and runs more power than I do.
