Mopar has a point on the mpg. The Fass DDRP might have a hard keeping up time bigger injectors also. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge to keep up with how the pump is working?

1998 dodge ram 24v cummins 3/4 ton 4x4 automatic wiring issue.....need help
First all 2nd gens have a PCM and an ECM. The PCM is on the firewall. It seems a lot of co's. get that confused. The ECM is on the block below the fuel filter canister. It has a 50 pin connector on it. If i am not mistaked the ECM does feed info to the cluster. Please post the codes that you pulled so we can see them. When my ECM went i had codes out the wazoo. They seemed to change sometimes. It was very confusing. If it is the ECM none of the codes are legit. I ran the diagnostic on my cluster and it said it was bad. Now i have a spare cluster. Same thing on the coolant sensor and the apps sensor. I now have spares of both of those. By any chance is one of the codes P 606? That is ECM death code.

Blower Motor
the blower motor will pull out from the bottom. there are 3 or 4 screws to take out and as I remember at least one is hard to get to, but other thatn that it is not to difficult. A Haynes manual has it covered or the FSM has it also.

NV 5600 6spd
that is cheap compared to what i found when i had to buy one. Like blueox says miles and condition make a differance. i paid $2500 for one supposedly with 52k on it. i works pretty good but has jumped out of 6th a few times while coasting, but never under load. this still has me a little worried though. I am either going to rebuild my old one or use it for a core.

1998 dodge ram 24v cummins 3/4 ton 4x4 automatic wiring issue.....need help
I had a similar issue a while back. Most of mine were working however. Turned out mine was the ECM. Not sying thats your problem. I think we need a little more help from the more electronicly inclined. i am a novice when it come to that stuff. Did you check for any trouble codes?

1800 miles 12.5 mpg towing
My last big haul a weighed 22.7k ran 65, occasionally 70(55 when the limit drooped), and got 10.2 hand calc. i know the weight is a factor, but i cant help but believe pulling that billboard thru the air is the biggest factor. i came over the Blue Ridge mountains and had to down shift to 5th for the grades but mostly stayed if 6th. my egts stayed in check, the Banks is suppposed to monitor that and no let go over 1300*. i mostly saw on longrades egt's of 1100 to maybe 1200. but i would take 12.5 mpg any day. I am not unhappy with 10.2 beings my 5th wheel is almost 13' tall.

Have to travel farther for deals...
I have the same problem when I drive the Dakota. i believe there is a dent in the floor to the left of the brake pedal. But if you stomp it it will pass very well. That funky tranny works good on passing.Since you have a 5 speed do you ever find yourself looking for one more gear? I always did it in my 96 5speed. When i got my 6 speed i ended up looking for 7th. I still do it every once in a while.

Turbo cool down period
Thats what drew me to Banks 6 years ago. One package with every thing I thought I needed. Fuel pressure was not issue with them then. Might have done it differantly knowing what i know now, but who knows. It is still serving me well though and I am happy with it.

My truck chugs random, HELP!!!
The only reason i asked is because some folks think if the CEL does not come on that there are no codes. But it still seems like your truck ought to be talking to you.

Slow AirBags leak....
I have never had any but I would think they should not. If your tire was doing that you would know you have a problem.

My truck chugs random, HELP!!!
Did you check for codes or assume ther are none because the CEL is not on? It just seems like the truck ought to be telling something.

thats one thing that drew me to the banks is i like actual gauges, not a computer screen. if i went to the comp or juice i might have to buy new ones. i just want to keep it simple as it is now. plus the pockets are mostly .
