W-T ground mod
If it is the end that goes to the battery cable just tape it up, might come in handy one day. Or just cut it off. Maybe @JAG1 can confirm that after his coffee,

Muffler options.
I know the short one would fit but don't know about the long one. Seems I measured it once and it would but I am working off of an old memory.

Muffler options.
IIRC FTE recomends putting there as far forward as posible. I figured if l ever put one in it would be on the end if the down pipe.

struggling to build boost
You can get the RV's and the EZ thru DAP or Vulcan performance both are vedors here. Swapping injectors ie not hard to do.

Headlight upgrade problems.
To be honest with you I dont remeber. I bought them on amazon and looked at so darn many of them I lost track of any brand. I just bought some that had a reflector I thought would work. I got cheap ones just in case they did not work. Mine dont have reflectors in the turn signal and they need them. They are DOT and SAE compliant so we will see what safety inspection folks say here pretty soon. I did see many housings that only had reflectors in the back. My bulbs are COB LED's and some reading I did later said the CREE LED's were better for head lights. Going to get set one day and see. You would have to google that to see the difference. Thats the only way I could tell you is to re gooogle. My brain did not absorb it all.

I got it now. The end of the cap looks like a hole. Thats what was throwing me off. I do agree that there is a lot reflecting going on in there.

struggling to build boost
I will have to agree with @Mopar1973Man on smaller injectors using the edge EZ. RV275's are a little smokey but bareable. I went to 50s and the smoke sucked. Iam currently running RV275's and anEdge comp with an untapped pump. Thats pretty much an EZ. Its a bit smokey. I dont like like smoke my self. The biggier the inector the more smoke you will deal with.

New A/C & left pumb switch
Mine will cycle if I have the defrost and floor/dash on. I think it's floor/dash any way. Stays on solid with the ac on though.

I guess l am missing something in the picture then. I see what appears to be an LED on the left and hole in the middle. Happy you got wires straightened though.

Are those sport headlights? It looks like you have a bulb in the left side but nothing in the other hole.

HE351W Turbo upgrade
Well, hope you get up and about soon. I am thinking this would be a good route for me too. Sure fits the budget nicely.

Headlight upgrade problems.
The housings l used were about as cheap as I could find with the smaller reflector. $65 as l remember and the bulbs were about $35. I did'nt want to put much money in them without knowing how they were going to work. Dont even know what brand the housings were.

Mine are clocked to the sides also.

struggling to build boost
Try clamping the line that operates the waste gate. The stock gate will open in the 20 + or-psi range and if its opening you will never get any higher. But as @Scarecrow mentions it takes fuel to make boost and your egt's are not reflecting more fuel.

HE351W Turbo upgrade
How is the 351 working out?

Headlight upgrade problems.
Have you stood out infront of the truck to see how scattered the light is? If it is blinding you it is every body else. I just put some LED's in mine in different housing with pretty good results. I looked for housings with much less reflector in them. I figured these would concentrate light in a beam better. Just my gut feeling. Here is the pattern from about 40'. I am no lighting engineer by any means just a gut feeling like I said before. The LED's make a difference too they are not all created equal. I still got alot to learn but the combo l have is working but still some room for improvement

Couple questions
Never used any cleaner in mine except for couple months that I diesel Klean. Most them wont clean the injectors if soak them in it. Best cleaning I know is strap a load on and get your egts up in thw 1100* and cook the carbon off if you have a build up. Never had any trouble with dirty injectors on mine. The BHAF will go 100k some say. My experience is about 50k to 70k. Never really paid to much attention to the exact mileage. A.lot of this depends on the conditions you operate under. I can get exposed to pretty dusty conditions on the job.

What kind of housings did you put them in?

Need help with ecm reflashing.
This one of the reasons i disconnected mine. A few years back I noticed one of the protective caps on the 12v feed had melted slightly so I figured there was a problem. I just got used to driving without them. Probably redo mine after retirement. I have been around any real crazy temps so that helps.

Fuel system questions
If you want to add the extra filtration thats another $150 to$200 for the filter head and filters. If you dont want them then so be it. The mechanical pumps were fairly new when I put my AD on. They do appear to worked out very well. Had I know that at the time I might very well have used one. All I was doing was trying for an apples to apples comparison.
