After report on VP install
Well there was a about an hour that used it for a cave, a deep, dark and empty cave. I got a little warning on mine a couple weeks prior to failure. It started having hard starting issues like it was loosing prime, but at weird intervals. Never checked for codes until the idle started messing up. 2 days later I was stranded. Thats the first time in the last 250k miles the truck left stranded that I could not fix it with off the shelf parts and keep moving.

After report on VP install
As some of you know I just had to replace my VP. Install when wel except the installer forgot his head was not just for putting a haton. Got thru that, all is running well. The truck runs a good bit smoother and quieter idling and cruising. It's still a 24v so accelarating thru the gears is another matter. The main reason for posting this for the purchase thru @dieselautopower. When I ordered the pump I asked for and paid for overnight shipping. It came to me Fedex ground in 2 days. When I realized that it was not overnighted the next I contacted DAP about it and they said they would look into it. I left it alone since there was not much one could do about it at the moment. Upon checking my credit card a couple days later there already was a credit in full for the shipping. I just got of the phone with Matt at DAP to see what happened. He told that they had screwed up and issued a full credit for the shipping due to their mistake. So my hats to Jacob and his whole crew manning up for that. I also got an email from them yesterday issueing a credit for my core return. The core arrive just last Tuesday afternoon. So many thanks to DAP and his crew for taking care of me fairly and taking personal responsibilty.

Aftermarket Turbo Boot Kits
I think 5 or 6 mm. It says they will hold 100 psi. Unless you are running high powered twins and such you wont see anywhere near that. But I have to agree with the "you what get you pay for" statement. While it does give the thickness, it would nice to know a bit more about the construction as in what they are reinforced with.

2002 Dodge Ram 3500 dead pedal
Any particular reason you dont think some of them are right? From reading the codes I would start with the batteries, charging system and grounds. Low voltage to the system will create all kinds of crap. The two gentlemen above are better at electrical advise than I.

power/fuel loss - dead pedal? seeking advice.
Just based on the codes it looks to be a transmission problem. All but p0500 are trans codes. Unfortunately I am mostly ignorant of trans problems.

Eliminating Lift pump power
9My AD and ithought the FASS came with thr relay and wiring harness that you just plug the OE pump into like @Me78569 mentions. The 1693 is one computer telling the other computer has a code in it also. The 238 is a map sensor high voltage code The 1688 is the one to worry about. That is a VP code. They are all listed in the articles section.

Headlights - 2nd Best
The 02 1500 was a 3rd gen.

Headlights - 2nd Best
FWIW aren't those 3 gen lights anyway.

No power until 2K RPMS
A lot depends on what you are reading boost with. At idle in my truck the mechanical gauge reads 0. My scan gauge II reads in the high twenties, the same with engine off. The Quad is very similar in how it reads. With a failed MAP the SC II reads 14.6 constant. Familiar number for us near sea level folks. @Jacobbish IIRC you said your truck comes to life at 2000. Am I mistaken? Failed MAP on mine never comes to life. The ECM never sees the numbers my SC II sees, it reads the number properly.

NO WTS, No Lift Pump, All Crank No Start Please Help
Oh yes it is. I have always done mine from the ground. More by feel for sure. To many things in the way from the top for me.

No power until 2K RPMS
When mine quit, it just ran gutless no matter what rpm you could turn. I could run 80 to 85 untill you caught a hill then the speed would bleed off until you leveled off. About 35% of normal power.

Factory alarm question
The wife's 2000 Dakota was the first vehicle we had with panic putton on the fob. Got up early one morning in Maryland and heard someones car go off. I just kept my doing my thing for a few minutes before I realized what was happening and sure enough it was hers. Guess I stepped on the fob that was in my pants pocket laying in the floor. Pretty sure I had to piss a few floks off in the RV park but nobody complained to my face.

Trouble with my Ram
Selling it with a failed VP is going hurt selling price by a couple grand.

Radiator failure
Here is my OE after about 350k. The header failed on hard pull. I replaced it with the only one I could find on a Sunday from AZ or AA. 150k or so on it with no issues.

No stop lights
I bought one a while back just have not used it yet. Maybe this will explain it. I guess that little switch cannot be turned back once its set.

No power until 2K RPMS
A dealer can flash to the proper transmission and you might can do it with a Smarty if know someone who has one. Some one smarter than I would have to confirm that though.

No power until 2K RPMS
I bleive @Nekkedbob is probably on the right track. But like @Mopar1973Man said checking the codes might help lead to the problem If it is something else.
