  1. There is data floating around with 90psi being measured in the back of the head/block. I do not see a temperature based bypass resolving that issue.
  2. I tell everyone to run from that clown (cpp). I have a source in Texas with a fb buddy that does an excellent job with these transmissions. Good luck in any dealings with cpp. He WILL blame you for the failure, it is never his fault.
  3. Annnnddd what I posted totally went over your head. Good luck.
  4. Ouuccchhhh them things sure have jumped up in price. Had someone buy on last year off amazon for $240 shipped to their door. Looks like those deals are done.
  5. Their boxes were not anything special. Just a modified 05ish era chevy box.
  6. More common than the 99 or 00 24vs with non-opening doors. Talk about a head scratcher.
  7. NO t4 for a single charger on a vp, especially the open .88. Gated t3 .70 or 12cm2 (they are the same just sold differently).
  8. NO. The fluid circuit in the valve body is too big or a converter issue.
  9. I prefer the 360*s when rebuilding. They should know whether or not if the kit is genuine borg. Nothing other than an industrial valve cover.
  10. The apps will do nothing. It is a hydraulic circuit that actually applies or disengages the converter. Just uses a solenoid to dump or hold fluid.
  11. No 5th in a 47re. What you are feeling is lockup. You are sure it got a stock converter and valve body?
  12. Dap should be able to get you a kit or just about any turbo shop.
  13. Sounds like od is harsh and then lockup. Count the shifts. Should be 5 all together with the 5th being lockup.
  14. I know of a couple that are happy with his boxes. No long term reports yet however.
  15. Take ANYTHING those guys post with an extremely large helping of salt. Likely using a 25% correction factor again....
  16. It is just a standard thermocouple adapter. Can be bought at most truck shops or online.
  17. So I have this problem in my green truck, it is lugging essentially. I think you may be on to something with the cam and compression stall however.
  18. @Quadzilla Power, I had a buddy mention something about lack of color and back ground options. He would like more lol
  19. I haven't seen any that actually polish up well. A buddy had one done and it is dull at best.
