  1. It is exactly what they do with the hrvps on the test stands. Write up on compd showing what happens.
  2. Do not have time to read all of this yet but in my experience popping is generally from an air leak on the high pressure side (normally a loose line) or too much timing from an electronic power adder. If this had happened he would have a HUGE host of other issues besides the rough idle.

  5. I've replaced more moog parts under warranty than I'd care to count. I really need to replace the heater core in this 12v. Does not melt your face like the one in the 24v lol
  6. Just an fyi. My pnp leds DO NOT melt snow or ice. You are not going to get any sort of decent performance from a drop in bulb in a reflector housing. I built these myself over the last month (was just a tinker project).
  7. It has been possible. Only with a programmed psg. If you had a new blank one...be a little upset lol.

  11. How about throwing it in for giggles. I fixed a buddies truck that had a hard start issue after sitting. Had an extra ofv laying around. Happy as a clam now.

  14. Oh no. This is a different hole all together. I promise you that. Once you get a taste of what a ppump can do.....any idea how much self control I have to have NOT to touch the pump in the 97? It is so painfully slow.

    I have a couple buddies that like the terminators. Not sure what exactly they are looking for. Stock or higher performance etc.

  19. This sounds like the ofv is weak. Return line dry is just going to be a symptom of that imo. There is not much head pressure on the return with the system off.
  20. Flush the complete fuel system including the head. Down the worm hole we go!

  22. Try not to directly spray any of the electronics (I know almost impossible). I used foaming engine degreaser multiple times on my 12v due to a timing case leak. omg oil erywhere. Engine brite specifically.
  23. yesssaaaahhhhhh rofl I got burned by this from CPP years ago. However DAP was taking opposite cores. I know Tylers got ya covered.
