2001 5.9 dies p1698
It has been a long time since I checked codes after using a rad box but the 93 & 94 are caused by it iirc. The 1765 if from having a jumper wire in place of the trans relay.

Pdi or diesel power source exhaust manifold
LOL you didn't see the pictures of the wiring on this 12v? At the pcm....trans temp sensor....wiring for the pillar gauges. I found screws in the overhead console display. The only way to add more power to these is add more fuel & air. It is that simple. A manifold will do neither of those.

Axles interchange?
94-99 all share the same axles, mounting points, brakes and steering.

Pdi or diesel power source exhaust manifold
I'll post the dyno graphs tomorrow with the only changes being the manifolds & pump as well as a years time difference. If you can tell a power difference from the manifolds you are a better gear head than me lol. And I can absolutely believe the crap added to trucks for power mods. I have one that still makes me scratch my head.

Pdi or diesel power source exhaust manifold
Why are you wanting to change? The only manifolds I recommend are Stainless Diesels. Hard pill to swallow for most however. If you are looking for a bump in performance, do not waste your time.

Would likely depend on how you set it up. Potentially yes if you just cut the leads.

Grid Heater
They are temp based and only should cycle when needed. How they are supposed to work any way.
-
Grid Heater
It is like the pcm cycles them for a bit and then shuts them off. It is temp based though as it will vary how long it keeps them on. On greeny I have to change where the relays were mounted. Intercooler pipes in the way.
-
Grid heater manual control...
Find the trigger wires from the ecm. Intercept and run to a toggle.
-
Grid Heater
Hrm....I haven't hooked my grids back up yet but my 12v ALWAYS seems to cycle the grids even above the temp threshold.
-
Overhead Console Showing 'CCD'...
^agreed. Check the connector at the overhead console.

Advice on Exhaust Manifold/System/Brake
Iirc the aftermarket manifolds I have run place the 4 studs in the manifold. My stainless diesel one does for sure.
