Emissions time is here
Yuhhhsssss Mine was less with a ppump and the old setup. Still fine tuning my current setup but I jumped way way up in pump and injector.

are springs and push rods necessary for my moderate build?
Not being on the base circle of the cam when I adjusted them.

I got a multifunction switch Sunday. Went to pull mine out and low and behold we got pushed out pins in the connector. I did install the new (junkyard) multifunction switch. The retainer that holds the wires in the connector are long gone. The lower column bushing is hosed as well. Gonna do some searching in the junk yards to find a decent column. Oh the joys of old trucks!

Interesting as I was led to believe they were the same springs between the vp ISB as the "60lb marine" springs. Good to know! As cr seem to not have the valve float issues vp trucks do.

NO BUS NO START NOW NO CRANK? HELP PLEASE
Well crap. I've had two sets of hids with harnesses installed between trucks. No weird business. Now when I had a set in my grand prix....no relay harness....all kinds of noise in the audio system.

NO BUS NO START NOW NO CRANK? HELP PLEASE
Sounds like the pins are pushed out of the obd II port, Or they are spread. 2 things. 1 - that connector/bolt is not stripped. I has a special nut to keep it from being over tightened. 2 - a relay harness for hids is needed to keep the noise out of the harness. If you ever wanted to go back to them.

No I wasn't. I was floating valves at 40psi and 3200rpm. I am not a fan of that 50psi I see getting thrown around. It is too high imo.

Oil change
I've gone back and forth on synthetic and dino. Literally no difference other than my wallet after purchase. Ran the same intervals between them. No more leaks or noise differences.

Replacement Edge fuel pressure sensor
Would be my suspicion.

Teardown and Rebuild
The idea is to get shaft speed to rise faster. Faster pressure rise = moar powah faster. With a trade off in top end but as Tyler said not a big deal.

Teardown and Rebuild
Yea that is the 1.15. BorgWarner 14961019007

Teardown and Rebuild
The burn is happening in the exhaust vs. the cylinder. Why I like timing. He didn't suggest the 1.15?

Teardown and Rebuild
Put some timing in it.....

I am not aware of any for 4 wheel disc trucks. I got mine from Russell. Russell 694540

Shocks
I have my tires set to 50psi. Tire shops keep putting them to 70-80psi. Noticeable difference between there. I may drop tire pressure lower to try and help. I just dd this and not much towing.

Wellllllll this diagram is not for a 97. They switch voltage on the earlier trucks. Looking at wiring diagrams now due to another convo with someone about their sport converion.

Hid retrofit
I painted mine black obviously but not hard to find something to stand out with a silver band on the fenders.

Shocks
I have 4600s on the 24v that I bought new. Zero complaints with the two different sets of tires. Now the 4600s on the 12v....good god they are bad.

Shocks
I want to try kyb mono max per another forum. Have yellow bodied bilsteins on it now and they suck with the current tires.

Dead pedal at high boost
That sounds like you are not getting enough exhaust through the secondary.
