Holes in exhaust
12v has a muffler. 24v did not.

Holes in exhaust
Yes it had a very nice sound to it. Diamondeye is on the 12v. 24v is homemade leftovers now lol

5k is pretty easy to hit in medium/heavy duty world.

Singles at different times. One with a single now and the other with compounds.

Head gasket leaking oil
I know as I have a couple. I have not had a k27 in hand with the exhaust housing he would be using.

I am not sure if the k27 would work with your exhaust brake either tbh?

2002 Cummins start on stand?
You do not. Hot wire the vp and it will start up and idle. Bluechip has a write up on how to do it.

If you are gonna buy a new turbo...buy a s300g. It will leave you much better off for upgrades later. It will make similar power to the k27 with the same fueling.

No hot torque either. If you do not believe me go watch one of greg_a's yee-yee videos on youtube on a hot torque with 625s. POP goes the weasel.

Bluetop in my 12v. No complaints. Well remember I have 1k hp goals here lol. You do not need the big uns for what you have.

I have the supah heavy duty mantons per their recommendation. I've had EEP 110# valve springs for years. My stock cam looked great when I pulled it for the pump swap.

He had a cam to try and clear. Stock guides are fine, machine shop should have a good idea on what to use. You must keep your egts low lol. Never seen a head not cracked lol. NO HOT RETORQUES.

The maging is going to show cracks. It is not going to show IF the cracks are leaking.

Differences in Dana 70 and Dana 80 spider gears
How yall break axles and they live in my 24v is beyond me lol. Another option for parts is quad4x4
-
Head gasket leaking oil
Ok....I typically let the machine shop do that as they SHOULD be pulling it all to surface the head. As well as can pressure test the head. I would bet money the head is cracked....pressure test is the ONLY way to know if the head is junk or not. Unless something obvious is wrong lol

My addiction
We just happen to have a dyno this weekend. Only reason I am going. I am a bit leery of the track due to oil control issues lol and no drive shaft loops.
-
My addiction
Supposedly yes. Though I am not hoping for anything great based on some other higher powered trucks that had been on this dyno. Lotsa complaints it is low.

47re tear down & subsequent rebuild
No problem. It is my dd and will be a tow rig. Now that the cursed green turd is alive lol
-
My addiction
Well it hasn't done it yet on the street! I did rotate tires so to get the ones with more tread on the back

Why are you pulling the valves?????

47re tear down & subsequent rebuild
Cost and use. Can't justify the converter cost for what this is gonna do.
