  1. I do not use spring loaded tbolt clamps. Never a failure of clamps. Just strip out nuts. Where the coupling nuts come in.
  2. The intercooler is 3.63".
  3. That boot usually stays put? Honestly the factory pipes are too short. The stock boots will hold a lot more than most give them credit for. Coupling nuts are also a good idea.
  4. Not Nick or Mike but yes it will.
  5. Your best bet would be to find someone with similar modifications as to what you are wanting. There is no way to be certain how your truck is going to react to all modifications. Too many factors involved including the nut behind the wheel.
  6. The universal ones "should". https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=universal+pressure+transducer&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xpressure+transducer.TRS0&_nkw=pressure+transducer&_sacat=0
  7. The 4k bulbs in my experience tend to look like the original halogen bulb light. Just more of it.
  8. Universal 5v reference sensor. Ebay or amazon.
  9. It is for my drive pressure gauge. Coiled to help reduce heat before going into the gauge. Yes, it is much better than what I had done previously lol
  10. Timing is power.
  11. Figure out what your time is worth if considering building a set. I am close to what it would have cost to just buy them. @dripley I have to drop my sport bumper to get the lights outta my 12v. The 24v....never an issue removing them lol.
  12. Not the ones I want. Another dude in the group had a very nice set months ago....in Texas no less. Did some work on the interstage piping Saturday. A buddy came over and welded this for me.
  13. Np no idea WHY they would label the ground as return when we call it a ground on so many other diagrams. The inconsistency is the only consistent part of the diagrams here....
  14. 98.5-00 are the same calibration. No need to flash it if the trans matches.
  15. I've found tapping on them with a screwdriver handle helps knock any dirt or debris loose from them. I try not to use lube on them unless a last resort.
  16. Sigh....... You're welcome lol
  17. It was just where it ended up. First time I had gotten to drive with it. I will bring the cut off up. I was only trying to get the cut offs flat but the road crown got me on that too lol
  18. Thank god I do not see or deal directly with the customers.....
  19. Carrying a spare belt is the only issue I am aware of on the lower pressures the vp trucks need.
  20. They do not use the gas engine to fully charge the battery. That would make it an hev, it is less efficient on this method. Regen braking will not fully charge it either.
