  4. I do feel it should be able to be read as other obd monitors have been able to utilize it. But as I said all mine used the obd port.
  5. The transmission temp is fed straight to the pcm on the Dodge application. Would be read across the CCD bus with a scan tool or obd reader. Circuit T54 violet wire for those interested. I doubt that is something broadcasted to the Cummins controller in this case as they are not derating the engine for a shift like the Allisons are in their original application.

  7. Leak down would be a better indication imo than a compression test.

  12. I have the original snow plow group springs in my green truck. Not any stiffer than my white truck with 2" coils. Tire and wheel choice make the largest impact I've found.
  13. Man it took less than 10min to soften mine up. A buddy tried to open some older housings and failed. Broke one.
  14. Why not go and get the flash updated to the auto cal?
  15. Check availability before ordering from them. They seem to either be getting them re-casted (as Cummins stopped) or buying up every used one they can find.

  17. You couldn't have as the dld does not have the snap ring in the extension housing.

  19. 304 is a better quality of stainless.
  20. I see it more in the sled pulling and racing world when trying to turn some rpm with them.
  21. So it locked the trunnion? I would highly recommend checking all the rest. There are known issues with them galing.
  22. If it dropped a valve seat, bent the valve and bent the pushrod......WHITE smoke. Just sayin.
