  1. Last photo. Actual height is 35" under truck weight. I have 50psi in front 40 rear. Have alittle bounce at 50mph but is livable goes away at speed. Ill probly run some airsoft pellets to balance them. These have alot of tread so I might just get another set of wheels for the jeep. Steering is alittle looser feeling. Guess its time to address that. Orderd two 03-12 steering kits one for my truck and the other the 07 work truck. They are moog kits, will track miles on the work truck as itl put about 50k on the steering in about a year. I dont know that moog is the way to go over mopar stuff but. Unknowing who makes mopar branded parts and the fact that mopar has no grease zerks I decided to save alittle money and be able to grease once a month
  2. Thanks No modifications. I am running 1.5" spacers on front to match dana 80 drw Also no rubbing yet. Ive already trimmed bumper plastic and corner at door. Have 2" level on front. Yeah I know internet says they need grinding to fit over hubs. This will opening is same as 3rd gen wheels. The run flats are heeeeaavy i didnt remove them yet. Theyre running 75mph fine. 3. My gauge starts at 400 doesn't even register at high idle
  4. Egts at 600-800 at high idle?
  5. 4.88 gears and grizzly locker in the front. Tooled up and did gears myself Found the hammer drill can work wonders driving carrier bearing races off. In fith the rrrrs are now just shy of 3000 at 65. Thing goes very slow in 4low all around drives better around town. With 33-35" tire its perfect.
  6. Actually bought these for the wheels so I can weld in jeep centers. Will play with them on the pickup for a month or so while I round of parts to make them jeep wheels. There h1 12 bolt bead locks. I've got to remove the 40lbs of runflat from each wheel. These are heavy with the run flats in Itl get old quickly running 37s but I figure maybe I'll play with them for a few just cause
  7. My high idle has forcsome reason been work this season. Smarty turned it on. I think factory high idle stays even when smarty is removed
  8. What did you decide on? I'm with the other guys that youl likely not notice any difference. I dont know what turbo your running if its stock or near stock and you tow you will have drive buy the egt gauge and moderate pedal accordingly. My 7x009 sac ducky injectors have worked well for 100k or more. Over half that on the hy35 pedaling off Temps while towing. 62 turbo has transformed it it a cool running mash the pedal to floor and forget it kinda truck. Im not on the tune Temps through computer game. I like to get mechanical and go from there. Enough fuel and air to run cool no programmer needed Guess I just need to read. Why you pinching pennies on injectors. If a few bucks that big an issue the truck will likely run on the stock injectors for the length of our lives. However mine payed for themselves in increased fuel mileage very quickly Let us know of how they turned out.
  9. I got you beat. I can make grants pass from mtn home on one tank.
  10. I accidentally orderd a 3rd gen short actuator 4.4" outlet turbo. I got it on but its far from bolt on. This turbo seems to be riding this territory
  11. Soon as you said your truck drives weird my mind went to castor settings. Weird and wandering in my mind go hand in hand. I'd adjust castor more positive if castor washers aren't already maxed out on the positive. Then test drive she if it improves or stays the same.
  12. Bleed at banjo going into caliper Then at bleeder
  13. You guys are older than dirt must be 30years ago but seems like yesterday. Yes negatives are normal but not -20s Thanks loren for bringing these bulbs to my attention. I blew a bulb last week luckily I had a spare. My housing are junk. Gota decide on cheap replacement then order these bulbs. Thanks
  14. 1972 was the last time idaho saw -20s I have ounce seen -10s while driving. But normal temp like today is 17 mike might see 10is on a normal winter morning. Yes I have had halogens snowed over gota wipe em off everyone in awhile
  15. Heater cores in. Then decided to service and rotate tires. Turbo is looking good and clean Definitely putting heat out the vents now.
  16. I'll give it a go. I broke the brake light switch dont even know why I unplugged it.
  17. Wasn't as horrible as I thought. probly an hour to get it out. I am reinstalling with heater hose adapters. Instead of tearing the truck apart more. I may see if i can finangle the swivel lines through but on a quick look in the dark I don't think they go without do the other 3hours of disassembly
  18. I do believe the pitman arm taper is different. I know fir sure 2002 is the correct taper. Not sure on the other years. It will bolt together in the wrong taper but uts not seated like it should be
  19. I leveled mine 2" rear is still about2" higher. I measured 5" rake before deciding to lift the front 2" Still tows stuff just fine. However its a 3500.
  20. My lie o meter reads 28 with duck sac 7x009 actual mileage is 17-19 i can bust 19 if i run only freeway Thats with smarty on 9 and 62 turbo auto trans with 3.55s and rpm less than 2000 tires about 32.5
  21. do 7x.10 ,and 62 combo for around 1800
  22. Driving a big rig teaches pedal. I guess i do agree with 0-100 in that since. Ounce and done. If aut also make sure it dhuftd at or very near 3000rpm
  23. I dissagree if pedal is rarely ever pushed to the floor why would I care what smke or power is there. A wire tapped quad with 7x009 has the potential to power through a stock clutch or auto trans . Exspecly from a stop.
